Room value, service and booking was good. However the prepaid breakfast was extremely poor value, had limited choice with items running out and not heing refilled. I have been a regular customer of brunch at the hotel using their a la carte menu, which has always been good. However the prepaid breakfast as my.first time as a staying hotel guest was not the experience i expected. It did not warrant the £18 per guest i paid. Choices were limited, items were in short or no supply and poached eggs were undercooked and cold. It has spoilt my impression of the hotel and i hope they will find a way to recover my custom in the future.
