AC did not work, barely circulated the air in the room, certainly didn't cool it! Restaurant/breakfast out of order. Shower cubicle broken/difficult to shut then shut in! Shower head wouldnt stay on the wall.

Lo bueno: la actitud amigabledel Chico de Front Desk. Lo malo: el modelo de camas y Duvet individuales, que no permite dormir realmente cómodo en una cama. El hotel está un poco alejado de el casco histórico, pero puedes tomar un Uber que te sale entre 6 y 9 euros. Y bueno, olvidaron resurtir el shampoo de la ducha. Pero en general bien, cumple los mínimos para dormir.

Zimmer sauber und schön, parken direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Lediglich das Restaurant war wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Rien a dire

No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

Quarto muito confortável

Mukava, rauhallinen hotelli kauempana keskustaa. Metroasema oli kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä, josta oli helppo mennä vaikka keskustaan. Kauppa vieressä, Wolt toi ruokaa myös.

Lovely room about a 25min walk from the UFO bridge. I had a pleasant stay here and it had everything I needed.

Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Convenient location with parking. €5 taxi into the old town or shopping centre so easy to explore Bratislava.

Wir kamen an und konnten in Ruhe einchecken. Es ist super, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht komplett zentral. Man kommt innerhalb ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus in die Zentralgegend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wurden aber nicht täglich Betten gemacht. Aber die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Es ist ein sehr gute Cafe in der Nähe. Der einzige Manko war, dass das Auschecken nicht wie gewohnt verlief. Wir kamen zur gewünschten Zeit zur Rezeption und es war niemand da, um ordnungsgemäß auszuchecken, daher konnten wir die Zimmerkarten nur ablegen. Für einen Kurztrip war das Hotel gut.

The room was fantastic and excellent value for money. Nice walk to get into the city centre. Will definitely stay here again!
