Breakfast was lovely but carpets needed a very good clean.

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with great choices. Breakfast would have been nicer if there was some black pudding to go with the other fab offerings. Wonderful location as there is a tram stop opposite the hotel and a small amount of on sight parking. All staff are very helpful

Fabulous staff throughout the place in every single role and contact - huge thank you to them for coordinating and bringing out a birthday cake whilst staff sang, accommodating significant dietary requirements without any problem whatsoever and the chef ringing to discuss on his day off - genuine helpfulness from everyone. Great and hot sauna/ jacuzzi with small pool. Lovely large downstairs social space. More than satisfactory food for a dated traditional HB weekend hotel basis and decent value. Excellent standard of entertainment but so so loud that we left it early in to the second night and sat in the large bar social area. It spoiled it and we know others felt the same. My mum said she wouldn’t return because of that but of this group’s three hotels (? Lyndene and Claremont?) I preferred this one.

The breakfast menu was very good overall hot and very fresh , the rooms were excellent very clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful, my partner took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub he was very pleased with both of these facilities ,

The room was so noisy and there were people running up and down the corridors so didn't get much sleep. The place was so run down and not like the photos at all.

Food was excellent good choice for dinner lovely buffet breakfast very pleasant staff just had 4 night break will book again soon excellent value

The food and choice was good and the Entertainment was good. But some of the bed rooms are in need of upgrading we ended up in a room in the middle of the building so when you looked out all you could see was roof tops and pipes on the buildings down below also the entrance to bath room had a very low door way which if you are 5 foot like me is ok but my other is 5 foot seven so he had to duck or bang is head on the door frame plus you had to go down a step not good

Nice hotel good food friendly staff special mention for Floyd in the resteraunt lovely guy nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and a friendly word. Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy

Good location and food was good, some of the rooms are a little tired. Overall good

Far too many children. Children not supervised when the evening entertainment is on. At 9 pm. a comedian was the first act. Children on the stage and the dance floor when he was trying to do his spot. No staff to clear the floor for him. We will not go to this hotel again.

I cancelled due to having major surgery. The hotel clearly did care about it. I am organising a large family break for wedding 20 rooms and guess which hotel I will not be considering. The hotel systems did not even reflect my cancellation as I got a call late that evening regarding my check in.

Bathroom door didn’t close room door struggled to open and shut it Want a lot of spending on the hotel very disappointed

The hotel was really lovely, the decoration and upkeep of different areas were a very high standard although a little dated. Just co Upon arrival we chose a table in the restaurant which was ours for the weekend. there was a massive amount of food for starters and deserts which were in a help yourself buffet style, after starters a waitress took the order for the mains which was a bit limited compared to the buffet array with only 3 to choose from, 1 being vegetarian. We booked a sea view, this was a let down, the room was large with a bay window with 3 panes of double glazing glass, 1 was totally broken and filled with dirt and condensation, another was broken all the way up 1 side and halfway across, the 3rd was ok but starting to fail. We did speak to the Manager who offered us a new room but we declined as we were only staying for 2 nights and we had arrived in the middle of Storm Amy so there wasn’t much to view anyway with the torrential rain and wind. We also had to keep the plugs in on the bath and sink as drain smells were coming up. The biggest disappointment was when I asked to speak to the Manager the receptionist asked why, she then turned to go into a room behind the desk but failed to go in far enough before I saw her nasty mimicking face mocking me. Every other member of staff was polite, friendly and very helpful No Saturday housekeeping so we had to make our own bed. We would stay here again but not in room 235 unless the windows were fixed.

Best hotel in Blackpool. Has everything we needed. Great food, hot tub, gym, friendly staff.
