Very good

First, the staff were all amazing - very kind and helpful. In general, the common areas are clean. The exception is the carpeting both in the common areas and in the rooms. It is badly in need of being replaced and it has a nasty, musty odor, like dirty laundry. The carpets are clearly not steam cleaned regularly. Our room smelled very bad, unless the AC was set to an uncomfortably low temp. Housekeeping brought in an ionizer with a nice scent, which helped mask the odor. The pool area is small and was always very crowded (go early or late to avoid crowds). The food smelled amazing at dinner and we planned to dine there our last night; the sign said it was open until 11, but the small print stated the kitchen closes an hour before, so we just missed it, unfortunately. Parking was about $5 per day. Ice machines are on every other floor (even floors), which is a bit annoying. The room is called a "suite," but it is not actually a suite. The photos on the website show a separation between the bed area and the "living room" area, but our room had no separation, so it was basically a slightly larger standard room, which was disappointing (we had a 2-queen room). Overall, a decent stay for a family although I will likely stay elsewhere on a future visit.

MAJOR SURPRISE! restaurant was amazing! Late dinner for our group of six, including a very picky vegetarian (me) unbelievable service. BEST I have received in years. I don’t normally leave a review unless I have a big concern -this time I’m happy to take the time to pass on the positive feedback!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. La chambre était très spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée à une famille. Elle disposait de deux grands lits, d’un coin salon, d’un espace café, d’un réfrigérateur, d’un micro-ondes, d’une salle de bain, de toilettes séparées ainsi que d’un petit dressing. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et particulièrement calme, ce qui nous a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits. Le parking sur place est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, avec un large choix pour satisfaire toute la famille. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation pour un séjour en famille

The room was clean but smelly

Parfait pour un arrêt à Toronto avec une famille.

Le personnel était très accueillant. Les choix pour déjeuner étaient variés, mais il est arrivé à quelques reprises qu'il manquait certains éléments. Au moins, ils étaient remplacés par autres choses, sauf pour le lait en boîte, ce qui est un peu embêtant. L'hôtel était propre, notre chambre aussi. Par contre, les chambres sont un peu petites et il y a très peu de pression dans les robinets. Les matelas sont un peu trop mous pour nous. Dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même acceptable, surtout que nous étions là pour profiter de Canada's Wounderland, qui est à seulement à 10 minutes d'auto.

Extremely clean, wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom door is a barn style, sliding door which doesn't give much privacy.

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great, lots of options and great front desk service. I had my wedding and they sent up a cute card sending well wishes.

Great location, close to subway

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful with an issue we were having with our booking through Expedia.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient next door to a Walmart, a short distance from restaurants, shopping, trampoline, movies, indoor golf, etc. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The daily breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the French toast and potatoes.

Everything was top notch. Welcoming staff, clean room, all amenities well maintained. I especially appreciated how the busy breakfast area was handled. The staff was very attentive and directed us to a conference room set up with chairs and tables for us to eat breakfast. I will be coming back!

Nice and clean

The property was well maintained and looked like new. The design of the room with two queen beds and a sofa rollin bed was very good. We liked that the washrooms were divided into separate toilet and bathing areas with separate doors and sync included in both. This helped optimize time as it allowed one member to use one area while the other was occupied by another member. Amenities and Breakfasy were very good.
