職員很友善，熱心幫助尋找旅遊路線～酒店距離火車站大約10分鐘步行路程，短暫停留OK，距離市中心大約8分鐘車程，步行要半小時以上，有點遠～酒店沒有電梯，有大型行李的不建議，便宜酒店～整體不錯的！

La habtación muy bien. El aseo regular,una parte del suelo se ha hundido. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy justito. No tiene ascensor y eso se hace notar.

Siistiä ja sisustus oli uutta. Huoneessa oli jäähdytys, joka ei toiminut. Tuuletus puuttui. Ikkunaa auki pitäessä tuli melua vilkkaalta tieltä.

É um hotel pequeno, que fica a cerca de 2km da praça principal, mas com a vantagem de ter estacionamento próprio e gratuito na parte de trás (5 vagas) e o shopping AFI Brasov está a uma curta caminhada. O sistema de entrada por aplicativo funciona muito bem e houve comunicação prévia explicando tudo em detalhes. O quatro tinha um bom espaço, estava renovado. O café da manhã era bom, mas senti falta de frutas. O espaço para o café é aconchegante e bom para o tamanho do hotel.

It's not your usual hotel as it's all number coded, self entry, self check-in, etc. There's no reception but some always answers the phone if you need to reach someone. The staff are really friendly and the hotel is very clean. There is somewhere to leave your luggage - you just have to call the number and someone will always help. It is also far from the old town, so expect a 40min walk. The only downside is that the aircon doesn't cool unless it's been 25°c outside for 3 days in a row. If your from a colder clime country like me, you'll boil in a clammy 22°c room at night. I'd recommend the hotel reconsider their Aircon settings. Apart from that, I'd definitely stay again - but maybe in the autumn.

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava mantendo-o muito quente, além do cheiro horrível que emanava. O box estava com vazamento o que ocasionava uma inundação no banheiro. Localização não é tão boa, funcionários nada receptivos.

Hotel buoni servizi check-in online tramite app con la quale ti permette di accedere entrata hotel e stanza. Colazione buona ampia scelta orario 7/10 e week 8/10. Vicino a stazione in 15 minuti di cammino. Vicino a fermata bus. Personale cordiale. Non c’è reception ma si può comunicare tramite app o whatsapp. Camera spaziosa pulizia bagno comodo. Suggerisco di pensare per colazione al week per chi deve andare via presto prima della colazione la possibilità di usufruire del servizio caffè ed eventuale snack, in quanto io ho scelto hotel per colazione inclusa. Comunque lo consiglio.

Odalar çok temizdi. Personel WhatsApp üzerinden her zaman iletişimde ve yardımcıydı. Konumu gayet iyiydi.

Lovely hotel. High quality. Lack of tea/coffee facilities outside of breakfast time, or evening meal option a little disappointing. (Coffee machine requires a security code)

Good price, extra easy check-in with private parking

Hyvä hotelli, kirjautuminen tapahtuu sovelluksella, henkilökuntaa ei ole paikalla. Aamupala hyvä.

Great place, everybody was very welcoming

The hotel says they have sauna but there is no staff around so no way to use it.Same for coffee they say is available 24h but the machine only works in the mornings. Otherwise is Ok

Litet fint hotell nära centrum, stora rymliga rumed aircondition, bra frukost och trevlig personal. Kommer gärna hit igen.

Horrible experience. We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first come first serve, the rest have to pay street parking fees. The entire room had a single power outlet. The breakfast was the single good thing we experienced in the hotel. We're happy we only stayed for a single night. Can't recommend.

このホテルはメールで送付されるリンク先にアクセスしてオンラインチェックインする方式を取っているが、メール送信トラブルだったらしく、メールが受信できていなかったためオンラインチェックインということがわからなかった。通常のホテルのつもりで直接ホテルに行ってチェックインしようとしたが、フロントには誰もおらず、呼んでも誰も出てこないため、2時間近く待つことになった。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたかったが、フロントに常時人がいないので荷物受取に手間取ると思われ、預けず持ち歩いて観光したため大変だった。

O hotel é bom. Nota 9,0(4,5 se a maxima for 5). Recepcionista Paul foi simpatico no check In. Teve um problema de demora por achar minha reserva e estava toda hora perguntado quanto eu havia pago. Mas logo *apareceu* minha reserva e tudo se resolveu... Indico.
