I loved this hotel ! The staff, particularly the young lady at the front, are super kind and helpful. Superb location at the center of Prague, with walking distance to the Charles Bridge, but if you don't want to walk you can also get on one of the many trams right at the hotel that will take you in 3-4 minutes to the bridge or to the church of Our Lady Victorious or to the Castle.

This was a very good value for money hotel in a brilliant location. The tram stops right in front of the hotel.The room was clean with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and very good. The staff were lovely. They were helpful and very friendly. The lady in the dining room is very hardworking. All the staff on the front desk were great. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Excelent Accueil, hotel très bien situé central, personnel accueillant et serviabil, petit déjeuner excelent, climatisation! On a passé un super séjour pour cette premiere fois à Prague. On va revenir ici à cet hôtel avec un grand plaisir avec nos amis. Merci encore pour tout !

The location is great and breakfast was good. Unfortunately room #11 was not very convenient. First of all upon my arrival they did not have my room ready, so I have to use different one. TV was located in a separate room, not in a bedroom. AC was not working, the unite was turnd off. outside temperature was 94° of Fahrenheit. We could not sleep. A receptionist was trying to help. not successful. The internet wasn't working, constantly on and off. When I was checking out I notified receptions about inconvenience of the room and lack of the internet. He replied, he only works here and internet is working because he can use it , so he didn't care. It might be only my experience. please,check your room.

Central location oppositionen a park and the tram stop in the vicinity of central Prague. We didn't get disturbed by the traffic. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Nice room with air-condition. If we return to Prague we will book a room here again.

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, utrolig hjælpsom personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god. Hotellets aften restaurant var utrolig lækkert. Placeringen af hotellet var perfekt i forhold til offentlig transport og hvis man vil gå til forskellige seværdigheder. Kommer helt sikker snart igen.

Simpelthen fremragende, intet mindre. Et super skønt Hotel meget centralt i Prag’s gamle bydel iblandt smukke bygninger og hyggelige restauranter og barer, for ikke at glemme alle de skønne seværdigheder

O pequeno-almoço era muito bom! O hotel muito limpo. Os funcionários muito simpáticos.

Eu amei tudo nesse lugar. Todos são simpáticos, os quartos são grandes, o café da manhã é ótimo, a localização é perfeita. Eu espero voltar a me hospedar! 💜
