櫃檯職員服務有禮貌，酒店清潔新淨，房間大及舒適，唯一需要改善係清潔人員清潔時沒有加添茶及咖啡

房間舒適，地點佳。打掃的也很乾淨，櫃檯人員也很棒，但是更換杯子的人員都不會主動收走髒杯子換上乾淨的杯子，甚至收走杯子沒有放新的杯子。

走路10分鐘可以到熊布朗宮很方便，但到其他景點較遠，而且最近三個月U4綠綫地鐵在維修，要轉車很不方便。

位置比较偏，如果开车还可以。要注意床是90厘米的，没有盥洗用具；入住时千万告诉不要靠前面马路的房间，车声、火车声，一晚上不能睡觉，是超级大声。

Pas d'eau dans la chambre, parking sous terrain très onéreux, literie correcte, petit déjeuner correct, belle salle de sport.

La chambre est à la hauteur de nos attentes , la situation géographique également . Quant au petit dej buffet présenté à 22€ est finalement facturé 26€? "Ça en jette " mais ce n'est pas bon . Que dire de l'accueil qui reste froid et distant .

Äußerst höfliches Personal

We booked our stay with Expedia and it was a big mistake. After choosing the room, Expedia took the money but changed the dates!! Before taking the money it was no review of order or anything!! After the reservation was made I've noticed the wrong dates and called the Hotel! They didn't try to help at all. Evend if we explained the situation( and it was in the first hour after the reservation and one month before the dates booked) and we said that we don't want the money back but at least to change the dates! So, I really do not recommend this hotel because if you have any problem/ situation they really don't care!

夜、リビングが暗い。照明が少ない。 室内のルームクリーニングの終了時間が遅い。人手不足で大変そうだった。 16:00頃、外出からかえっても、終わっていないことが多かった。

Es war ein ganz super toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

genau das was man sich von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet. Service auch hervorragend. prima Betten, TV am Stand der Technik, Kaffemaschine inkl. Zubehör und vorallem ruhig zum Schlafen

Hervorragendes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Frühstücksauswahl dürfte etwas vielfältiger sein, aber alles war sehr frisch.Der Service war hervorragend.

Quarto maravilhoso, equipe super atenciosa e solicita.
