Friendly staff very convenient location

Kindly staff, location is very close to Leeds station, room is clean and large, bed is comfortable Most impressive is breakfast is ordered not take by myself, so should take some time to wait for breakfast, but the staff is so nice

We had a great stay in a beautiful, very peaceful room. No through traffic past the hotel so very quiet in the city centre. Brilliant. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was quite expensive at £22 each so we were quite disappointed that there was no fruit and yoghurt to choose from. It was on the menu so you got what you were given. It would have been better to serve yourself at the breakfast buffet table. Also the poor guy in the Conservatory serving customers was absolutely run off his feet. People were waiting for tea, coffee, toast, ketchup etc etc...hence frustrated customers and cold breakfast while waiting for the extras everyone needed. Not his fault at all but two staff would have been so much better.

Classic decor , good breakfast, very nice

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were great. The breakfast great value for money. We totally understand booking a room in the city centre would be lively. We booked the executive room for extra space and comfort. The room Unfortunately back onto the bar next door with continue to play until 1am. And the gym below started music at 7 am. Would i stay here again definitely. Just take ear plugs.

Hotel has old world charm . Parking was available which in Leeds city center is a massive bonus . Rooms were clean and well presented and olde worldly perhaps my tastes are a touch more modern but overall a very good stay Staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was cooked fresh & good. Staff were excellent. Treated my elderly Mum like the Queen she is. Bag drop off & disabled parking all excellent. Easily walk into town. Bar small but good. Managed to fit us all in to watch England play! Great place to stay, staff make you feel as if you are the only people there.

What a fantastic place. A proper hotel with great service, lovely rooms (comfy bed and awesome shower) and in a perfect location for the city centre. The staff were really friendly and efficient and made us feel incredibly welcome. Perfect!

Lovely hotel, but only 5 car park spaces. Also £36.00 for breakfast is crazy

Everything about our stay here was great. The staff were very helpful and caring. The room itself was outstanding - even had a view of York Minster. There was a tea service in the room including cookies and chocolates.The breakfast was the typical English breakfast which is a lot of food and it was all delicious. I would gladly stay here again.

Ideally located just a few minutes from Leeds train station. Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was very good.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. They were going to change our room as they thought my mum would struggle getting into the shower. The room they were going to exchange for us had gone, so they offered us an upgrade to a suite. What an experience that was. It was great. Great location for the train station and town centre. The check in at 3 and check out at 12 really made the visit. Price also included robes, free bottled sprinkling water and a fridge which came in handy for our wine and processo.😊

Lovely stay at Quebecs with a complimentary upgrade which was nice and not done enough in the hotel world. Nice historical hotel with great features and lovely old decor. We both had the best night's sleep we've had in a while, the bed was really comfy. Bar was cosy but expensive. A few niggles in the room, tea tray could have been improved for a 4☆. I've stayed in much worse hotels with a better offering. Couldn't get the TV to work. All in all though I would definately stay there again.
