There was bad smell in the room, staff explain it may be smell of water and "gold" exchange.

Few minutes to metro station, the suite is clean, comfortable, just like a home. Daily cleaning service is also provided, much better than an apartment.

This is an amazing experience. I booked the junior suite but i got free upgraded so my room was very very big. The decor in the room was nice and beautiful. The receptionist and the waitresses in the lounge were friendly, hospitable and cheerful. They gave us free welcome drinks which were very sweet of them. The terrace was lovely as the view was beautiful. It is such a pity that it was chilly or else I would have spent more time in the terrace. The hotel is almost perfect except that water could not go down the sink in the kitchen. Still, I highly recommend this place as it is so cozy and comfortable. I am thinking of coming back again!

酒店位置绝佳，拥有家庭般的优质装修及休息环境。美中不足的是热水供应不是很持续而充足，网络时长无法接通。除此之外非常完美。特别是服务员亲切友好又得体。

飯店職員全部都非常親切友善。如果你喜歡逛馬德里的博物館，住這裡就對了！三大博物館都可以舒服地散步前往。飯店設施完善、清潔；不要錯過6樓的天台小餐廳，在露台喝點小酒看黃昏天色的變化，是旅途中最寫意的時刻。

The property location was great. It was very easy to get around the city being in the center of everything . For check in there was some confusion, the was supposed to be a form emailed to me for me to fill out regarding occupancy information but never received it. The lady was not very accommodating for the simple face she would not let us check in early because she did not receive the form. Had I been emailed the form I would have filled it out she would’ve let us check in early which we had not slept in 24 hours so checking in early we’ve been great. Instead, she had us walk around the city and waste four hours.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was very clean, quiet, spacious, and centrally located to all of Madrid's most iconic sights. I would stay here again!

The hotel staff is excellent. The location is central to the city and main attractions and areas are close by. The apartment offers a homely stay, full kitchen with clothes washer. It makes uour stay comfortable.

The space was very nice for our family of 4. We stayed in a unit that slept 6 people but the pull out did not look very comfortable and we did not use. The location was perfect and the staff at the front desk were always kind. The bedrooms were nice with king beds and great closets. The main room was not the most inviting for relaxing. The roof top was lovely and we spent time up there every afternoon.

Easy online check in in advance of arrival. My questions were answered quickly via e-mail too. The property is opposite The Palace de Cibeles and very close to bus and transport links. Our room was very spacious, with kitchen, dining area, living room with smart TV, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and effective air con. It is on a busy road but the windows are double glazed so shut out the noise. Breakfast (extra charge) was good - just a small buffet selection but still lots of choices and eggs cooked to order if you want. Great location - 5 minutes walk into the Parque del Retiro, 20-30 minutes walk from art galleries (Prado and Reine Sofia) and the Movistar Arena, and 15-20 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.
