Hi, the stay experience was just wonderful and awesome!:-) Not only the breakfast food were good and they were very accommodative to our special needs as Vegetarian and the room was made very neatly every day. Also, the staff are very professional and good in their service when we reported my daughter has left her item in the hotel where we already flown back to our country. They have helped us to find the item and make arrangement for it to be pick up by my family member when they are in Bangkok. Overall we just had very positive experience with Terminal 21 and we are sure to be back staying in the Hotel once we travel back to Bangkok.:-).

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, woke up having body aches. Otherwise, location is good but that 's about the only thing I can comment on.
