在我抵達時因為已經快深夜了，我非常累，我住的是二樓最後面的那間房，一開門，東西放了，我就準備睡覺，一晚上一直覺得身邊癢，因為太累也不想起床，想說可能是蚊子？？隔天早上一起床看，差點被嚇到，因為全身被咬了快30包，不是蚊子咬，因為我有蓋棉被，蚊子不會咬到，癢到受不了，想說去買藥來擦，去拿包包，結果也發現一張空床上有一堆黑點點聚集，我不知那是什麼也不想知那是什麼，走到櫃臺，我只能說我要換房，因為我懷疑有蚊子，被咬到受不了，櫃臺也讓我換房，去了藥房，給對方看傷口，對方拿了一瓶藥膏給我擦，幸好有止癢一點，雖然我已回國快三個星期，可是我的傷口還是沒好，唉！！

Bathrooms need to be upgraded

My first night I couldn’t sleep because of a barking dog, the dog barked until 1-2am. I didn’t realize it was a dog friendly hotel I was also had a bite on my back. Thank goodness I had extra beds to switch to. Otherwise safe staff was very nice.

We had a lovely stay as a family. The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay.

Te cobran 5Q por dejar cada maleta y te dan hasta las 6pm para que sea gratis aunque sea el mismo día que hiciste el check out. Solo eso no me agrado, debería ser gratuito ya que es el mismo día que haces tu check out que las pasas a buscar.

The only thing that was lacking was closer parking. Everything else was wonderful!!

Property is in short distance front Central Park, and quiet staff is very helpful , friendly. Personatly my best choist.

El personal es muy atento y el lugar muy bonito y limpio, tiene diferentes amenidades en sus instalaciones, mi familia se sintió muy bien en el lugar.

This quaint hotel is conveniently located within a 5 - 10 minute walking distance to Central Park, La Merced, El Arco de Santa Catalina and plenty of good restaurants. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful with directions and general questions. The common areas such as the kitchen, patio and main floor restroom are kept very clean. Second floor passageway has an extraordinary view of el Volcan de Agua. Shout out to Roxana and Cesar who manage the front desk. They're communcative and super nice people.

Nice place. Able to fit a family of five. Would recommend for other travelers.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, always had suggestions to where to eat and go. We where able to book all of our tours with them and thy provided excellent suggestions and comments. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

This hotel is one of my regular places to stay if I am in Antigua more than one night. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
