Ruime kamer, mooi balkon. Kamer wordt goed en efficiënt schoongemaakt. Ik kwam vroeger dan de inchecktijd en kon al naar mijn kamer. Mooi groot complex met fraai zwembad en ligstoelen onder de palmbomen. Hotel heeft veel voorzieningen. De kwaliteit van het eten is goed. Op sommige momenten was het in de eetzaal druk, maar op andere tijdstippen viel dat mee. Het strand en de winkelcentra zoals Yumbo liggen op loopafstand. Het is wel massaler dan eerdere hotels waar ik verbleven heb, maar ik kan een verblijf in dit hotel zeker aanraden.

The staff were great. The building is older, but they’ve made it look nice. That said, it’s not a modern hotel. One downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan or a window for air circulation.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel um 22.00 Uhr funktionierte Der Eingangs-Check-in Monitor nicht. Keine anwesende Rezeption trotz Notiz bis 23.00 Uhr. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit weder über B+B-Hotel-Nr. noch über Expedia-Ruf-Nr., Mitteilung einer nicht nutzbaren Buchungs-Nr. über B+B Hotel. Gegen 23.00 Uhr mit großer Mühe und viel Glück Check-in erledigt!

The room itself was fine, however the door lock was faulty on several mornings. After leaving the room and checking the door, the door wouldn’t lock properly and could be opened from the outside. We had to call a technician multiple times throughout our stay and wait in the room, as we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings unattended. This was inconvenient and concerning.

Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

Hotel is in very bad condition. Not worth that price for sure. Food is quite good and pool area looks nice.

Maten är ok, efterrättsdelen är bättre. Hotellet var säkert jättelyxigt när det byggdes, men nu känns det mest slitet. Det är ingen dålig vistelse, men om du betalar en hög nattskostnad och bara får det enklaste lilla slitna rummet då finns en risk att du blir besviken.
