Super bien ubicado. Muy bonito jardín interior. Pero lo que más nos agradó fue el excelente servicio, atenciones y charla de Cathy: eso es un anfitrión espectacular! Gracias a ella por hacer nuestro tiempo en el hotel como en casa.

No AC, a loud neighbor, no mini fridge, no soundproof walls.

This place was an amazing stay! Cleanly and felt safe. Staff would have the door main locked from the inside and take a while to answer the door, which isn’t a big deal, just scary because it took 5 minutes for someone to open the door for us when we arrived at 1am which they knew about. We had an amazing experience overall and view is great on the patio

I got really good value for the price. This hotel is located in the heart of Antigua, which made it very convenient. The property was clean, and I loved the combination of nature and colors throughout the space. My room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff was kind, energetic, professional, and accommodating. I’m leaving 4 stars because I had to leave early for an excursion, but reception was not available even though it was advertised as 24 hours. I almost missed my 6:30 AM bus, so that may be something worth looking into. Other than that, my stay was nothing but enjoyable.

There’s no AC. The rooms have a fan, but it isn’t enough for the heat. There’s not enough light in the room.

Room 1 could use some updating, but the Hotel and staff were amazing.

They offered fresh coffee and tea at the front desk. We had room number one. The service was exceptional for a mother travelling with her two kids. I feel that the room had a funky smell, like mold. And it was a bit on the small side. The staff was amazing, so I looked past it. But the room could use some updating.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y su personal. Fueron muy amables y muy atentos. El único inconveniente que tuve, fue que al agua no se va bien de la regadera y los ruidos de afuera se escuchan en la habitación. Lo recomiendo y me volveré a hospedar allí.
