Everything is good, except bed is too soft and air conditioner is not cool, check in office closed quite earlier. The best is their staffs will reply your enquiry and explain in details, very helpful.

We stayed at the Mercat Terrace apartment for 9 days. We loved the walkable, central location in the old town of El Born! The train station & busses are close by, and the nearby restaurants had excellent food & atmosphere. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked appropriately, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine. The bedroom and bathroom are on the entry level, and kitchen, living room & terrace upstairs. Keep in mind for mobility issues, but there is a great elevator to the apartment. Our only issue was that we did not find the small couch in the sitting area comfortable at all. Overall a great stay, and we would recommend!

2026年2月に何度目かのバルセロナ旅行のため、パートナーと2人で、3泊しました。 ゴシック地区のすぐ南のボルン地区、ボルンカルチャーセンターの向かいの建物に入っているアパートメントです。立地がとても良く、シウタデリャ公園、ピカソ美術館、フランサ駅などが近くにあります。飲食店やスーパーマーケットもすぐ近くにあります。便利な場所ですが、大通りから1本入ったところにあり、昼も夜もとても静かです。地下鉄の駅は10分程度あるきますが、我々はサンツ駅から郊外(ジローナ)に旅行しましたが、その際は、徒歩2,3分のフランサ駅から電車(セルカニアス)で乗り継げるため、便利でした。空港へもサンツ駅乗り換えで行けます。 我々は最上階である4階(日本式5階)の屋上テラス付きのデュプレックスタイプの部屋に泊まりました。窓が大きくとても明るく、広い部屋でした。フルサイズのキッチンがあり、大きな冷蔵庫、食器洗浄機、4口電気コンロ、電気ケトル、トースター、電子レンジ兼オーブン、洗濯乾燥機が完備されており、調理器具、食器、カトラリーなども十分でした。バスルームにはバスタブがあり、お湯の出も十分でした。ただし、建物がガスを使用できない規則らしく、各部屋毎に電気で沸かす湯沸かし器を用いているため、シャワーで15分程度しか湯が出ないそうです。湯が無くなると次に沸かすのに90分かかるそうです。我々は2人でしたので特に困ることはありませんでした。 テラスはとても広く、4人掛けの食卓テーブル、日光浴用のデッキチェアなどがありました。少し寒かったので、食事はしませんでしたが、もう少し暖かくなると、テラスで食事をとるのも良さそうです。眺めも良く、旧市街の教会や遠くにはモンジュイックの丘まで一望出来ました。 事前に送られてくるメールに従いオンラインチェックインを済ませると、ダウンロード不要の専用アプリが使用でき、アプリの操作のみでアパートの入口と部屋の各ドアを開ける事ができます(暗証番号でも開けられます)。事前にアパートの鍵の開け方の動画も送られてきました。このアプリにアパート使用についての案内があります。洗濯機、食洗機、レンジ、コンロなどの操作方法も記載されていて助かりました。ゴミの出し方も説明されていました。 オンラインチェックイン時にパスポートの写真をアップしたり、各種税金の支払いを済ませるので、チェックアウトは部屋を出るだけで済みスムーズです。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって貰えます。ただし、アパートから歩いて5分程度にある事務所(同じオーナーが経営する別のアパートの地上階にある)に持ち運ぶ必要があります。事務所の営業時間のみの対応のため、早朝や深夜の場合は不可のようです。我々はスーツケースが4つありましたが、平坦な道で階段も無く、楽に運べました。この事務所からウーバーで空港へ向かいましたが、すぐ近くに車のロータリーがあり、送迎の車がたくさん利用していて便利でした。事務所のスタッフはとても気さくで親切でした。 バルセロナには何度か訪れていますが、この地域に宿泊したことが無く、とても趣のある街並みで素敵な滞在となりました。 バルセロナに来る時は、またぜひ宿泊したいです。

Everything was great! The location was perfect. Mariana was so nice and accommodating when we needed a letter checkout. I highly recommend!

客室はとても綺麗でした。鍋やお皿、ワイングラス、ワインオープナーなど一通り暮らしができる製品が揃っていて、簡単な自炊ができて、暮らしやすかったです。 スタッフは、ロストバゲージした際も親身になって荷物の受け取り連絡など対応してくれて大変優れたホスピタリティを感じました。

The location of this apartment is great, close to many main attractions in Barcelona and we were able to walk to many sightseeing places or take the Metro nearby. There are quite a few restaurants nearby as well. If you want to cook breakfast by yourself, you will need to buy oil and salt because none of the basic spices is provided. It’s the same situation with washing clothes at this place because only one tablet of laundry soap is provided and the washer is tiny so you will need to buy laundry soap yourself. They only provide 2 tablets of dishwasher soap as well. The toilet paper is also rationed and there is no paper tissue provided either. There is no microwave so heating up food is challenging as they only have the toaster oven.

Staff was very accommodating, the apt. was clean and very quiet, nice heat and the beds were very comfortable. We walked to everything and enjoyed the surrounding plethora of restaurants and pubs. Thank you for an amazing stay.....

Once we figured out how to use the entry system (if the instructions on the video aren’t working for you, try turning the other way instead) we very much enjoyed our stay. They responded quickly to my issue getting the tv working.

Schöne Unterkunft,die gut von Öffis erreichbar war.. Küchenutensilien vorhanden,aber nichts gekocht,daher nichts verwendet;-).

Excellent location and walkable to a lot of attractions and dining options. We had a 2 bedroom suite and one of the bedrooms didn't have good blinds so the morning light was a bit bothersome. The oven wasn't working so they sent someone to fix it. After it couldn't be fixed they brought us a microwave oven instead. Appliances were a bit old but the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Situation idéale, à quelques mètres du quartier gothique (et donc par extension proche des remblais, de la place de Catalogne et de Gràcia), du parc de la Ciutadella et permettant de se rendre à pieds à la plage. Appartement confortable et spacieux pour 3. Seul petit bémol, c’est l’insonorisation. Si vous avez des voisins un minimum bruillant (qui font les cent pas ou parlent un peu plus fort que la moyenne), vous les entendrez. Pour le reste, la Clim fonctionne très bien, la salle de bain est assez grande et la cuisine très bien équipée.
