Late check out for 2 hours cost nearly as day cost

After a 29-day stay in the hotel, they asked me to pay 1800 pesos for a late check-out. It's a shame to ask for a 3-hour late check-out after such a long stay that cost 😡.

Poor service. Elevator bad. Customer service poor and when you call for thing you wait forever and no one show up and now I had a dirty cloths still the room service never show up.

I booked 2 rooms for the family. It's great that we got adjacent rooms with my children. We just noticed that the aircon was noisy. Maybe a thorough check up and maintenance is needed.
