Need to walk up staircase to rooms on first or second floor, clean and tidy, well maintained. Double glazed window keeps out noise. Good value for price.

Room was clean, staff friendly and location good for the rail station and marina.

Lovely stay, we just needed to rest after a long days work, slept like babies, so peaceful and quiet. Yes had free onsite parking Room was very clean, amazing memory foam bed. The manager Haroon was very lovely and welcoming, great communication. Thank you so much 💓

Bridge house is 10 min slow walk from the town centre which is a plus. The staff I met was very helpful but the hotel needs some maintenance done.

The manager greeted us when we arrived and gave us our keys. He also advisefus about the bus service that ran outside the hotel. The room had a lovely view.

A great stay

The hotel is very dated but a comfortable, clean bed. Adequate parking.

3 rd floor, no elevator, very hot and no fan

Very helpful and thoughtful staff. Upgraded room had wonderful view of open parkland. Guest lounge/living area provided fridge, microwave and dining seating. Location close to train station and buses. Supermarket and town centre about 1km from the accomodation. Garden and entrance need attention and don’t reflect the care of the interior. A pleasant stay.

Basic room close to station

Excellent stay as always. Great value for money. Staff very helpful and upgraded my room to an en-suite.

Only two little issues, one was the shower was fine but water sprayed everywhere when trying to wash and secondly which I know you cannot fix is it’s close to railway station so hear trains up till 2 in the morning if bathroom door isn’t closed, besides that room was nice and overall it was a nice stay.

10/10 me and my partner very much enjoyed our stay here, amazing staff only happy to help, great location, nice building, rooms were clean and very comfortable, also very peaceful. James c

We were fortunate to have a huge room overlooking the grounds, huge bathroom, the decor was good it's just a shame that it's not been finished off very well, just small things like the bathroom door not fully shutting, toilet seat very loose, the step between the bedroom and bathroom not finished the grouting not completed ,but for what we paid we can't complain. The cleaning was ok until we pulled out the single bed to find crisp packets etc. Very thoughtful with cups , cutlery, bowls etc. Lovely grounds but a shame the tennis courts and pool were not maintained but that's a sign of the times.

Good value. Parking is a bonus.

Brilliant location for the town center and railway station

I stayed for one night the room was basic but clean with a tv microwave towels kettle and tea and coffee. The bed was not very comfortable and there was no shower gel provided plus only 1 toilet roll left. On the positive side it was a cost effective way to stay so close to the railway station and town centre. There was no breakfast option but I just took a porridge pot. I would stay again if it was available for say a football match for a night. If you are on a tight budget it’s perfect
