Superbe vu du balcon et ambiance très apaisante

Déception au niveau de l’entretien de la chambre (beaucoup de poussières). Il y avait des gens qui fumaient sur les balcons de chambres alors que c’est interdit. Odeur désagréable à l’entrée principale. Bref, l’hôtel a besoin d’amour. Point positif: vue incroyable sur le lac et ouverture des spa jusqu’à 23h

This resort has all of the facets of a lovely vacation but the value just wasn't there for me. at 499/night CAD during the week I would have expected more. The breakfast buffet which was very close to a continental breakfast came out to around $86.00 for two adults before tip. When offered coffee we picked iced. Turns out iced cost an additional $7.00. All boat rentals cost high hourly or daily fees which was a disappointment There is a lovely dry sauna at the end of the deck however it can only fit two people so was seldom available for us to go in an enjoy. The pools are fine but felt somewhat outdate, it didn't feel like any special design attention was given to creating a spa like experience. The rooms were lovely, well maintained and clean but the hallways and lobbies were giving dark clubby vibes which doesn't really jive. I would have loved to see design elements nodding to the hotel's rich history but everything in this conversion felt bland and unoriginal. I get that there aren't a lot of great options in the Laurentians for romantic get aways and corporate events, and that this place fits the bill but I feel like this might be why the hotel is phoning it.

If you are a foodie and/or wine lover, you have to reserve at La Cave A Vin. The sommeliers are amazing, knowledgeable and the food is the best we had there (over Rok and Voilier). You can just go to discover/taste their amazing wine collection, enjoy the view of the lake, or go to also enjoy their gastronomy. Really best secret of this whole resort.

Everything was excellent, except the maintenance. steam bath wasn’t working, our balcony was rusty, beach area could use some updating . Small details could make it even better

Very nice place for weekend escape

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but the pricing feels more in line with a 5-star luxury property, while the overall experience is closer to a solid 3.5–4 stars. The room was comfortable and well equipped for a short getaway, with a mini fridge and a private balcony overlooking the lake. The lake view is absolutely worth the extra cost. Our only issue was that the balcony hadn't been cleaned before our arrival, but housekeeping responded quickly after we notified reception. The bed and shower were both excellent. One thing to note: the TV isn't a smart TV, so bring an Amazon Fire Stick or similar device if you plan on streaming before bed. The outdoor pool, jaccuzis, steam room, and sauna were all enjoyable, although the pool and jaccuzis could have been a bit cleaner. The outdoor bar was a nice addition and served great cocktails. The $10 daily locker rental for the spa area also felt a bit odd considering the nightly rates. I'd also skip the $45 valet service. You can unload your luggage at the entrance and park for free just across the street—it's less than a one-minute walk. The highlight of our stay was Le Voilier. The lakeside setting is beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The salmon was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely make a reservation in advance.

Correct dans l'ensemble, pas plus. Balcon plus ou moins propre. Malgré qu'il y ait 2 spas sur 4 réservés aux adultes, les enfants se promènent dans tous les spas (adultes compris) et jouent au ballon. De même dans les 2 piscines. Décevant. Aucune surveillance et tout est permis. On peux manger dans la suite (avec cuisinette) mais il n'y a pas de table pour manger; seulement une petite table basse à café (pour dépanner). Les divans étaient tâchés. Resto cher, service lent mais la bouffe est bonne. Le vin n'est pas abordable. Beaucoup trop cher (au moins le double) comparé à la même bouteille dans d'autres restos équivalents.

La gestion de notre réservation était problématique. Ils ont du reprogrammé deux fois notre carte d'accès à la chambre et nous ont facturé un montant imposant en trop (leur erreur). J'ai du attendre un bout avant de me faire rembourser. Je recommande l'hôtel, mais avec prudence quant aux réservations.
