Staff where friendly and helpful, we where made to feel really welcome.

The manor us a bit dated but the front desk staff were lovely which made up for the decor. Reasonable price and hearty food. Walking distance to beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the Full English Breakfast was lovely. Our room was clean with full size bath towels, hand towels, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water (still & sprinkling). Mattress was a little hard but comfortable. The only down side was the room was really hot (35 outside) and it only had a tower fan so the first night was a bit uncomfortable temperature wise apart from that i will 100% recommend this hotel to stay. I can’t wait to stay there again

We loved our stay here. Hotel very clean. Room we had was lovely and large and AC which was very welcomed with the heatwave Good breakie you could order from a menu and some buffet. Close to Hunstanton Would recommend

Really friendly welcome, good facilities, room was spotless, only a flying 1 night visit with an early start so we didn’t dine but we would definitely stay here again

The rooms were extremely basic but clean, and the hotel was conveniently located for where we wanted to be. The rooms and the dining area were way too hot and couldnt be moderated and the beds, pillows and duvet were also basic ajd very uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient

Although the hotel has the status Manor it was a bit tired in some areas. The breakfast area needed to be stocked up a few times and ran out of a couple of things. Staff mainly helpful and friendly Ordered food from the lunchtime menu when we arrived and the prawns in our food were a bit hard and the pasta was not linguine it was tagliatelle. Arrived back not too late from our party and the hotel bar was shut

Rooms and everything were ok. The only problem was the internet, it was unstable and quite slow connection.

Room clean and warm, excellent bathroom, staff polite and professional enjoyable 2 night break.

We stayed in room 2 which is a lovely comfortable suite. All the staff were friendly and worked really hard, especially as it was a busy New Years Eve. Breakfast was superb … great quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We couldn’t fault it at all. A wonderful stay thank you all.

We were in a Pavilion room. Couldn’t fault it. Spacious room; large screen TV; clean and modern bathroom; lovely hit breakfast.

Local muito isolado, não tem elevador, quartos distantes, ninguém ajuda com a mala e ainda pedimos auxílio para conseguir um táxi e não ajudaram. Indicaram alguém um “particular” que cobrou um abusei do pela corrida. Não voltaria.

If found the room should have had USB outlet in a double socket, the overall setting and ground are good, and the staff helpful, Sunday carvery I found poor value, we turned up at 12:30 one person trying to manage carving and left ux standing for minutes, to get meat. Only to find the veg’s trays empty. I could see other staff in the kitchen talking Would I stay again Yes but I hope the carvery needs looking at

The rooms in the block require some updating. There was no air conditioning and there were no USB points or sockets by the beds. The bathroom window required repainting and there was some black mould on the tile grouting. When we checked in the reception staff were great. However, the room smelled of cigarettes which was not great. This smell had cleared when we returned late in the evening. Food in the Pavillion was well prepared. Very over-priced accommodation due to events at Sandringham. You can get the same room for half the price on any other Saturday.
