Our hotel was really nice, excellently located in downtown Arequipa. The Staff were super nice (they all spoke predominantly Spanish so we were lucky that our son could translate everything for us). Everyone was really helpful, kind and friendly. There were amazing food choices in Arequipa and we had 2 fantastic dinners there, at Kao and at ZigZag (Zigzag was amazingly good). The only drawback was that on the Friday night there was a live band at the NightClub 4-5 doors down the street… they hammered out the hard rock until 3:00 am…ugh, we were so tired we ended up falling asleep anyway. Bring ear plugs!

Friendly staff, laundry service and luggage storage was great. Some mold in our first room but we were moved to another that was fine. Great location, quiet but very close to main square and a great upper restaurant and bar

La habitación estaba limpia, comoda y con una agradable temperatura. La ducha tenía buena presión de agua. El desayuno bueno y de adecuada cantidad. El personal super amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda o peticion. Hay una gatita muy linda llamada Nutella.

Excellent customer service. Everything was as advertised. Location was conveniently located close to main visit places. Safe environment.

Very friendly staff, close to centre of square and allowed us to leave our bags there for 3 days, even though we were not staying back at that hotel. Good value for money.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, in Fussnähe des Zentrums und doch ruhig. Gute Betreuung, Transfer vom Flughafen und zum Busterminal nicht inbegriffen,wurde aber organisiert. Frühstück OK.

Great location and staff are friendly and accommodating. I particularly liked the joint room we booked for privacy. We needed a decent stay, nothing fancy and this was a good choice.

The location was ideal for all our plans. Staff was friendly, only we wish they didn’t have such loud neighbors every single night of our stay. Business next door had loud music during our 5 night stay.

Everything was great except for the noise. It’s next to a rooftop bar and during my stay they had some bands playing loud music. Thankfully I was tired so I could sleep. Apart from the noise, everything was great, the location, the comfort, the service everything

Luce como en las fotos, es muy limpio, muy tranquilo, céntrico. El lugar del desayuno es una terraza desde donde se ve el volcán Misti nevado. Espectacular. Pedí una plancha y me llevaron a la zona de planchado, dónde la plancha no estaba en las mejores condiciones. Eso fue lo único criticable.
