Well fitted out room, great breakfast , helpful staff and perfect location

This place was fabulous! Carolyn at the front desk was so helpful with all our questions and had great suggestions!

Short mid-week break. Excellent location for visiting Antwerp in its entirety. You can never get lost if you follow your route back to the cathedral spire. Clean comfortable room on the 4th floor with a side view of the cathedral. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Need to be aware of noise in cathedral facing rooms both from the square below and from nearby hotel rooms. Earplugs are provided by the hotel for this reason. My daughter stays regularly at this hotel for business. She always has a budget room at the back of the hotel and does not experience the same issue with noise. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a city visit in spite of noise. Had a great stay.

Location was outstanding, right off the main square. We stayed in the apartment which was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und vielen tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung – das ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Aspekte. Es ist extrem laut – und zwar Tag und Nacht. Ab etwa 7 Uhr morgens beginnt Baustellenlärm von der Straße, und auch nachts hört man immer wieder sehr laute Musik draußen. Das Motto „to sleep or not to sleep“, das außen am Hotel angebracht ist, passt aus unserer Sicht leider ziemlich gut. Das Hotel ist außerdem extrem hellhörig – man hört wirklich alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Eine bessere Fensterverglasung wäre hier dringend nötig. In der ersten Nacht wurde zudem ein Feueralarm ausgelöst, der sehr lange und laut gepiepst hat. Es gab kein Feuer. Wir sind dadurch mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht und konnten danach kaum noch einschlafen. Ein weiteres No-Go: Eines der Handtücher war schmutzig und hatte deutliche Teint- und Lippenstiftspuren. Das sollte in einem Hotel absolut nicht vorkommen. Für zwei Nächte war es gerade noch akzeptabel, aber insgesamt können wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij inchecken. Tevens is de locatie en het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer prachtig. Het appartement was helaas erg koud toen we aankwamen, alsof de verwarming al dagen had uitgestaan. We kregen het niet opgewarmd. Ook is de inrichting wat gedateerd en kan het hier en daar een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.

Lovely hotel, clean and in good location. Plenty of restaurants within yards and main shops (high st shops) maybe 10 mins walk. Great view of cathedral (bells stop at night!) Square can get a little noisy but windows are well sealed an air con ok.

Very clean. Second time staying here and will stay again. Location is fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for what we needed - spent so little time in the hotel. Location all important. Excellent breakfast.

Yes.. and there were also my favorite toileries by Nuxe. Wonderful, cosy hotel at the heart of Antwerp.

Deres største lejlighed ligger separat fra resten af hotellet. Den er kæmpestor og placeringen og udsigten var helt fantastisk. Selve lejligheden har meget stort køkken-alrum og utroligt højt til loftet, men måske ikke så hyggelig som man kunne have gjort det til - men ikke dårligt. Price-value var meget høj

Great service from all of the staff. If you opt for a room on the square, the view of the Cathedral is stunning. Breakfast was varied and good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
