It was convenient for us.

Good facilities, well appointed, great staff, we had a fabulous room it just needed some maintenance.

Have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the visits. Quick and friendly check in and nice location next to the Ross river. Public pool a few metres away which is free and a bonus, with a small pool for residents to use. All rooms have facilities for cooking as well.

Cutlery and cooking utensils looked like they were straight out of the op shop.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Ross River and parklands .The view is outstanding . Very quite . Never heard anyone during our stay . Willows shopping center is across the road for convenience.

One of our group was trapped in the lift in the heat. Their response lacked any empathy. It was quite distressing

Staff were friendly. Check in easy. Location good. Plenty of space for 2x couples. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed. Bench tops kitchen & bathroom etc clean but we had to wear shoes at all times as the floors were definitely not clean and our feet were black. Shower in main bedroom en-suite did not drain well. Reception advised - very apologetic- and if all this is resolved and the current cleaners let go and replaced - this would be a great place from which to see Townsville and surrounds.

Great location. Rooms are a little run down and could do with a good clean.

Schönes Apartment am Fluss. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Shopping Center in der Nähe, sogar fußläufig erreichbar.

Great experience washing machine broke while we where there we had a new one delivered and installed within hours of letting them know amazing

Great location. Access to rowing clubs, enjoyable walking environment and access to different food venues.

Good base for a sport tournament for a family. The apartment is just a little tired.

Great experience beautifully located.

Everything was to a very high standard, the bed was very comfortable; the outlook was beautiful; a most enjoyable stay (given I was in Townsville for a medical procedure!) I would definitely stay again.

The only problem was the secure parking underneath, okay if you have a small car but no good for large cars. So we had to park outside the office.

The apartment was huge with plenty of storage space and living space. We loved being amongst the trees and a short walk to the cafe and public pool. Will definitely return.

It was a lovey apartment to stay in and the parking was safe and easy. There are many things to do - walking, swimming pool, bowling, and the shopping center is very close. We will be staying here again.
