Good location, good pantry.

Location is perfect and a lot of good restaurants around. Room is clean and tidy. The pantry is awesome.

其实就是酒店的一部分，估计是由不同公司承包的不同楼层（高层），酒店在温哥华市中心闹市区，位置非常好，唯一可能导致价格偏低的原因大概是酒店对面就是消防队。偶尔半夜会突然有消防车的警报声，但我们仅遇到过一次。酒店的大床非常大，很舒适。酒店设施比较朴实好用。酒店周围饭店，酒吧，超市，药房都很近，生活非常方便。

住了2晚，wify只通了半天，詢問櫃臺人員，給了一個電話要我自己聯係網路公司，確定無法修復後，我告知女兒有重要功課要處理，要求換房，櫃臺人員開始裝蒜，要我回房間等待，然後就無人理我們了，結果我陪女兒搬了椅子到走廊做了2個小時功課，這種飯店也太差了吧！

The place is nice and convenient , but for the price you pay they should refill the coffee for free instead of trying to charge you for more even when you stay for 10 days! If you stay 1 night they provide 4 coffee capsules, we stayed 10 days and were told they only provide 4 capsules per stay! After that they want you to pay $1 per capsule! What is that??? Not fair or good business sense! This lack of basic service lets down the whole company and leaves a bitter taste in our mouths.

We didn't know the hotel wouldn't clean the room for three days!

鄰近市區交通非常方便, 客房視野極佳且舒適乾淨, 下次來一定還會選擇入住!

What a fabulous location! The room was perfection, fully stocked with amenities and plenty of towels. Very clean and such a quiet building. Staff was so lovely. I only wish I could've stayed longer!

Excellent hotel with great location close to the cruise ships. Excellent staff who are fast and efficient with everything. Room was comfortable with great beds. Fantastic location to walk to restaurants and sight seeing.

Room facilities were good. Rooms and kitchenette were well supplied. Hotel is quite central, with lots of restaurant, coffee and shopping close by.

Great place to stay in Vancouver. Nice little condo room with a small kitchen. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Within easy walking distance to Granville street, Chinatown and area

I would have liked to access the breakfast offered to other guests but because I booked with Expedia I was unable to access

Malheureusement j’ai fait une erreur d'hôtel dans mon appréciation d'arrivée. Cet hotel est parfait et tres bien place et calme

The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room which is great. Cleaning staff are active as early as 8am and I was woken up constantly from 5.30am by other guests and staff which was frustrating. With the noise and lack of black out curtains, this is not a hotel for the best sleep. The tv is old, half the channels don't seem to work and it's mostly news. Aside from that, the location and facilities are great and it's one of the better choices in the area. No laundry facilities (that I found) which was annoying.
