Value for money is questionable versus toronto’s other eight or nine true 5 star hotels. House car is NEVER available and we were in a higher tier suite. (4 days) Room service was good. Not great. We also didn’t order anything to drink with room service yet they didn’t even bring ice water. Which is very odd for a five star hotel.

OMG!!! This is by far my favorite hotel. From the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, this is a 5 star hotel. I had requested a room that was in a quiet area, and did they deliver. Very end of the hallway in a separate area where only 2 suites were separated from the rest of the hallway. Quiet room and very quiet hallways. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Separate glass and marble shower stall and separate water closet. Double vanity which was convenient. Nice sized room and very clean. Staff was very welcoming at check in. We stayed 2 nights and I needed more towels after the first night and they promptly brought them to the room. Can't recall the gentleman's name but he was so nice and friendly too. Very close to the subway and walking distance to everything. I would stay here again, no question about it.

Everything you would expect from a property of this type. Great location, beautiful room, gym and pool and impeccable service. A special place.

Always such a pleasure to stay and be welcomed home by exceptional staff. Wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend. A special acknowledgment to Robert, whom works at the front desk provides excellent service beyond expectation with every stay. I look forward to visiting again soon.
