Unfriendly staff and poor facilities.

The issues for which the hotel was in anyway terrible was the careline and some persons at the reception. It had became the only unpleasant experience during my 2 weeks stay in Croatia and Slovenija. The A/C had the sound of trembling every 1 or 2 mins. I called the “careline”. They told me it will gradually disappear when the room cools down. 1hrs latter, it was still there. A technician came and told me it’s because of de moisture effect. He did help put something to decrease the noise but the trembling sounds were still there. The next morning, I checked with the reception if it’s normal, she didn’t reply the question and told me she will send another technician to check it again. She didn’t confirm if it’s sol either after the breakfast. I had to confirm once more again she told me that every room has the same situation and it's considered normal there. The other thing is the transport fee to the airport; it should be at a discount price of 140 kuna “immediately” after you apply for membership as it showed on ad. The lady at the reception originally told me the 140 kuna apply for next time after I applied. I had to double check again then the other younger lady in the reception told me it should be 140 this time, not 190, not next time. Beyond these two issues, everything is professional: people helped a lot parking at arrival; restaurant was good; generously free extra cookies to kids; swim pool was perfect,people work over there are kind and help a lot.

Arrived early before check in time but was allowed to check in and got upgraded. Very polite and helpful staff. Room is clean. Location is just a bit far away from Dolac Market and other attractions.

Stuff in the Hotel was amazing, nice girl Martina, Alan (I think) who was brought us from the airport, restaurant staff, all of them excellent, breakfast staff excellent. The hotel is amazing, everyone so friendly, makes me feel very welcome. Thank all of you for hardworking and your hospitality.

Hotel itself is lovely, and spa very pleasant indeed. Most of the staff we interacted with were very friendly too. However, the inclusion of airport transfer as an offered service seems somewhat misleading. Between this and another 5 star, I choose this one because of this advantage. When I contacted them to on the day of travel to give my flight details several hours prior to departure, the reply simply said I should book a taxi because transfer "has to be booked in advance". This has not been my experience with other hotels offering the service, many of whom even contact you on the day of travel to coordinate pickups. I can't say even tell you how much advance notice they seem to require, as the particular staff member I dealt with on this topic was not very helpful, would advise not relying on this service here.

They have issue with alarm system. Out of 10 last times i stayed 3 times i was woken up at late hours due to false alarm. Same happened this time, false alarm at 4.30am that ruins everyone sleep so whole hotel has to go out.

The hotel arranged the shuttle for us to the airport. The room was neat and clean with the floor to ceiling glass overlooking outside with the beautiful view. The spa and swimming pool is stunning. It is an upscale hotel with the Hilton brand.

Details matter- breakfast on weekend finishes at 11am. Checkout at 12am. Friendly and Helpful staff. Room with working blackout curtains and nice shower and bathtub. Definitely booking again

Great experience. We stop by in Zagreb for our long trips and this hotel is our favorite. Rooms are perfectly designed for a family. Always clean and tidy. Friendly staff. They make everything ready for you. The only minus is the parking fee. But it’s super convenient and worth it.
