Great modern hotel the restaurant is very good, the service excellent, I recommend this for a short stay anytime. Location is great too, near main avenue with easy transpottation

Bom hotel, embora na minha opinião não mereça a classificação de 5 estrelas. O quarto é amplo, confortável e conta com uma grande janela com boa vista. O ponto negativo foi o atendimento, que ficou abaixo das expectativas para um hotel desta categoria. Em especial, a funcionária Angie, do restaurante, demonstrou pouca atenção e cordialidade, o que prejudicou a experiência.

The hotel is modern, located in a very nice area, and offers a good breakfast with beautiful views from the rooms. That said, while it is marketed as a five-star hotel, it felt much more like a business-oriented four-star property. The facilities are fine, but the service level and attention to guests did not match what I would expect from a true five-star experience. What really ruined our stay was the staff, particularly Angie from the restaurant. In general, we found the staff neither especially friendly nor particularly helpful. One morning, my colleague and I had breakfast separately. The buffet was good, but no one came to my table to ask if I needed anything, and I even had to walk around the restaurant looking for a cup and spoon, as most tables did not have them. That alone was not a major issue. What bothered me was what happened when I signed the breakfast bill. Angie pointed directly to the tip line and told me to fill it out. When I chose not to leave a tip, she asked if I was really leaving nothing. I felt pressured, especially considering I had received virtually no service. The interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. Later, a colleague told me she had done exactly the same thing to him. He felt so pressured that he ended up leaving a tip. This behavior is inappropriate in a hospitality setting and, combined with the generally indifferent attitude of the staff, left a very negative impression. Quarto espaçoso e café da manhã fantástico! O único problema é a pressão do chuveiro... Tomar banho com pouca água deixa a experiência pela metade!

Me sentí muy cómoda en todo el tiempo de mi estancia, el personal fue muy amable, me sentí genial. Lo recomiendo

O banheiro não está bem conservado. Não colocaram toalhas de banho e rosto.

Great restaurant and kind staff

In a nice part of town and within walking distance of upmarket restaurants and a large mall. Staff were very friendly but not as proactive with regards to sorting out luggage transfer and suggesting locations for dinner

The Team , from senior management plus all at the front desk ,during my stay, were great. They showed compassion and gave their time and energy to help the customer. This was not just when I arrived but during my 3 day stay. Great Team again many thanks to all and see you soon.

Amazing breakfast

Bom custo benefício. Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Café da manhã variado e estacionamento gratuito

El desayuno incluía productos frescos. Zumos de varias frutas y detox. Panes de varias clases, frutos secos, sección healthy... En general mucha variedad y producto de alta calidad.

Cafe da manha poderia ser bem melhor para um hotel 4 estrelas. Internet bastate ruim

Hotel maravilhoso, padrão 5 estrelas. Café da manhã bem completo. Equipe atenciosa. Ponto negativo: região com bastante trânsito na hora do rush da 7 as 10 da manhã e das 17 as 20 hrs. O trânsito da Santiago é caótico, falta engenharia de tráfego!

Buena estadía

Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight.
