Good hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast, convenient to go the airport, good location.

The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary.

Coup de coeur pour nous. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil et extrêmement serviable. Le service est hors paire. La cours intérieurs ou se trouve la piscine est parfait. L’endroit est calme, on entend les oiseaux chanter ce qui est un gros contraste avec l’environnement extérieur qui est très bruyant. Idéal pour se reposer et se rafraîchir pendant les journées chaudes. La chambre était propre et très bien entretenue. Il y avait une thermopompe qui nous permet d’avoir de l’air frais pour la nuit. La bâtisse est bien insonorisé, nous n’avons presque rien entendu des bruits extérieurs malgré que nous avions une chambre avec fenêtre sur la rue. Nous avons réservé un excursion avec l'hôtel. C'était simple et très bien organisé. Je recommande à tous

Good location. But the service of the front desk state is very bad and rude. The breakfast part of the food is in the garden, full of flies.

The check-in staff was pleasant and helpful. But the shower cubicle drainage was choked, showered water didnt flow into the outlet drain, we couldn’t shower properly. There is no door at shower cubicle to keep water in, so water splashed out.

Nice clean hotel, staff were very nice and helpful, big rooms however very noisy if it's facing road and royal theater. Breakfast was OK, coffee from the machine not great, birds helping themselves to breakfast buffet . Very comfortable bed and nice soft bed sheets

Good breakfast, great helpful staff, some areas away from the main hotel lobby look very dated and in need of furnishing and modernisation. Rooms are quite bland, would personally rather staff in a Riad every time than a large hotel like this.

The breakfast is excellent with so many choices and some products cooked directly in front of you.

Great stay for the price. Very clean. Was a bit loud being next to a busy intersection but that did not bother us.

Excellent hotel and near the main places to visit in Marrakech. The train station is next to the hotel and so are many other restaurants and sotres.

O hotel é maravilhoso, no centro da cidade e com uma distância caminhavel para vários lugares e atuações turísticas. Há muitos restaurantes na volta. Bons e baratos.

The hotel is nice and well located near the train station. Good breakfast, swimming pool, and much more. But the room design is terrible! 1) No usable desk. There is no desk chair, just a low stool in front of the "desk". No available power outlets there - the three outlets are used by the TV, the fridge, and the lamp. There's a small side table, but it's too small and too low to be useful, and the chair is not usable as a desk chair and does not have view of the TV. 2) Many people get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, but it's a long way from the bed to the bathroom, and there is no night light. 3) The bed is *very* firm and the pillows are very hard. Too bad, because this could be a great find, but I can't recommend it.

Nice room, breakfast and staff.

Incredible friendly staff. Amazing spa treatments (hammam and massages with Laaziza and Miriem). Originally had a room facing out to the street and asked to be moved to a courtyard room which was much much quieter and tranquil. Very accommodating. Great visit.

Everything was great. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was extensive with made to order omelets and freshly baked pancakes. The location was ideal from travelling by train (2 minutes walk away) or bus (10 minutes walk). The medina and square were about 30 minutes away by foot. An easy and safe walk.

Balcon avec le sol fendu, tâches de moisissures, tâche d'infiltration d'eau, palissade en carton prés de la piscine, des prix annoncés faux (ex. 3x le prix pour le taxi) un petit déjeuner où il faut être au coudes à coudes avec les cars de touristes... et un personnel qui en fait trop mais jamais l'essentiel. En résumé très loin des standards et de la qualité auquel on pourrait s'attendre.

Very central hotel, located in between Gueliz and Hivernage. The hotel and staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast included
