Nice hotel, safe area, clean rooms, kids had fun in the pool.

Excellent service from Housekeeping, and very well understanding staff. Only problem was AC system in the room wasn’t very effective

Nice hotel with pet friendly rooms. Indoor tavern has good food and is open late.

Room was clean but we had a problem with dirty water coming from bathroom sink. Front desk compted about $20 for the issue which was appreciated. We enjoyed the pool, water slide (good fun) and fitness room. I'd say we liked the slide the most. But staff were exceptionally friendly- restaurant, Front desk and cleaning staff. Our room was near the pool and it was humid throughout our stay.

The body wash was empty and the hand cream was used the food at altos was ok. Except the salad bar some thing was spoiled I think it was the coubaca over view it was ok

Everything was good. Didn’t get around to view much of the hotel itself but overall we had a great stay. :)

We’ve stayed there twice before. We’ll always use this hotel in our drives out west. Clean, friendly staff, quiet at night. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Too busy to try the pool but it looks great. Everyone who helped us did so with a smile and were very helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

A little over priced for the quality of the hotel. Paid over $200. Not a $200 hotel. Hallways are a little dingy and not very clean. Carpets are worn.

Rooms were standard but looked like they were recently redone. They were very clean beds are comfortable the only side note, there weren’t any charge stations on the side table so bring a charger to charge your phone. Otherwise excellent !

They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well.

I liked how cowboys, the gaming lounge and tavern were right there and the staff were supper helpful

The pool hours were great and my family loved the water slide. I did find the restaurant pricy but the staff were very friendly.
