The location was good; the facilities were adequate but pretty old and there was a strange smell in the room. Besides, there was water dripping from the cooker hood all the time, which was annoying; we told the female Japanese receptionist about this when we checked out, she told me the water would keep coming down when we turned the cooker hood off. Seriously? It is just ridiculous to ask the hotel guests to listen to the noises from a working cooker hood. And this Japanese receptionist wasn't friendly.

Only the location is not convenient since far from the city centre, other things are fine.

距離機場30分鐘車程，附近沒有食肆;房間宽敞，有小廚房，爐具齊全，有洗衣機;大露台面向海景，天色清朗的晚上可以看到銀河，早上看到日出;車位充足;员工友善，checkin快。

Good view, big room and value for price

接待員有禮及提供一切的協助，例如協助訂位食飯，旅遊諮詢等等。設施有點老舊，小廚房設備欠缺大一點的刀具，但整體清潔仍算滿意，有足夠停車位置給住客使用。

和洋房間好大，有露台，廚房設備齊全但只有餐刀，切水果都有點難。有洗衣機很方便。酒店有Shuttle bus往來渡假村內其他地點，有免費停車場，如自架可隨時開車到附近Shigira Beach 浮潛。渡假村內有便利店，手信店，食店，food court，基本需要可找到。

酒店環境好靚，房間好大而且每間房都向海露台，可以在露台吃早餐。酒店內和附近沒有餐廳，離市中心開車約20分鐘，不算遠，只是晚上回酒店時，開車要小心點，因路上沒有街燈。可能是郊區關係，小蟲蟲比較多，房內發現這兩隻小強。

非常整潔！員工態度友善，樂於助人。因為剛巧遇上颱風，酒店的人員都全力協助旅客處理各項問題，非常感謝幫忙！

酒店附近極少餐廳, walk in基乎是沒有位; 服務很好, 建議入住時同時預訂餐廳; 晚上極黑, 不建議入黑後回酒店.
