I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Very comfort bed and breakfast was very good. Except for location quite distance away from city center, but the bust stand (Dolmus Bus) just opposite the hotel. Take no '1' Dolmus bus to Otogari-City Bus Station to Selchuk(Ephesus) or anywhere in Turkey. Lucky that I chose to stay in Kusadasi not Selchuk. ;)
