Great hotel in the middle of the city. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. We had an issue with the hot water, but front desk were able to resolve the issue very promptly. The hotel is missing bar and possibly drinks by the pool. Otherwise highly recommended!

Todo estuvo muy bien. Muy serviciales en la recepción. Pudimos entrar antes del check in. Las habitaciones tenian todo lo que se necesitaba. Hermosa vista!

Bem localizado

The breakfast was good, but there was no egg, maybe I need to ask, but I rarely see anyone that I can ask. If you arrive at 7, the pastries will still be warm, and they are delicious. The breakfast view is fantastic

Flat com ótima estrutura. Quarto bem aparelhado com colchão e lençóis excelente s.Piscina aquecida ,churrasqueiras e café da manhã de qualidade. Ótima localização.

It was ok

Location was excellent close to bus terminal and main shopping streets. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Internet,water coolers, gym. Room facilities and size of room very good. Unfortunately we encountered poor service from the reception and housekeeping team the communication between the two departments was extremely poor. We displayed the room card on the door handle for the room to be serviced when we returned to the room it had not been serviced.We contacted reception to let them know and informed them that we didnt want to be disturbed then a housekeeper turned up although we had displayed dont disturb she rang the door bell then to accuse us of not displaying the card correctly it was extremely unprofessional and very annoying to us.

Muy tranquila, no se escuchan los ruidos de afuera, muy confortable, excelente predisposición y amabilidad de todo el personal; debe ser la 5 vez que voy y me encanta; debería tener más promociones al comprar directamente en el hotel;y también para jubilados de la provincia

Decepção. Não consegui entender a avaliação desse hotel no aplicativo. Ao chegar ao hotel o atendimento da recepção foi excelente, acima da media. Mas entrando no quarto a decepção foi grande. MUITA sujeira, existia pó em todos os moveis, resto de comida velha e ja ressecada embaixo da mesa de jantar e pasmem, cinzas de cigarro sobre a cama/travesseiros. Não cheguei a dormir no hotel pois me recusei a dormir nesse lugar mas ja adianto que a cama e o travesseiro são de baixa qualidade para o preço cobrado. Tudo isso seria normal se fosse um hotel de beira de estrada custando muito pouco.
