I asked the receptionist to book a tuktuk or motorbike but not available and I must accept to move by taxi to the airport and the transportation fee was very high. 400 pesos for 1.2 km 😭.

the room is ok however unlike other hotels/inns that I booked before Blue Lagoon is one of the worst 1 they do not have toiletry set, they provide a small soap and half of a sachet of shampoo. They do not have a in room phone that can be used at least to contact the lobby/reception. I needed to walk from my room to the reception while its raining so I can at least order food.

Great service, very accommodating. The place is relaxing, I super love the pool.

The pool has very limited time to enjoy. It opens late at 9:30am and closes at 9:30pm. Guests are not able to enjoy it. The front desk attendant did not make clarifications regarding check out. That there is an hour grace period from 11:00am standard check out time.
