Although one of my friend couldn’t make it to the trip at the last minute. The hotel still got our room upgraded to deluxe room.excellent service

Clean and cosy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Just one minor issue about the air-conditioning which switched off automatically when the balcony window was opened temporarily.

房间很小，酒店距离火车站有点远，步行十五分钟左右，不是太好找。不过很喜欢酒店的小院子。

选择的风景房，去了分了一间什么也不是的房间，感觉受骗的感觉花了150欧，不过房间干净整齐，服务态度也很好，免费早餐也很丰富

非常好的酒店。地址我们非常喜欢，虽然没有直接在沙滩旁边，但是离得也不远。晚上很安静，房内设施很好很干净，餐厅的早点还不错，工作人员也很有耐心的帮助我们查找各种路线。安静舒适的环境让我们在下次出发前好好的休息休息，放松放松。

酒店离Monterosso火车站大概1公里左右的位置，穿过隧道走一段就到了，位于镇上的另一端；小镇靠海边，夏季沙滩游泳的人非常多，夜晚海风很凉爽，房间很简朴，没有空调，估计镇上住宿条件大抵都是如此；前台服务人员态度很好，早餐很赞，院落布置很温馨。

所處地段與佈置甚為別緻舒適,早餐美味,服務亦好!

We loved staying at the Hotel Souvenir! The rooms were air conditioned which was so great as we were there during the extra hot days. The breakfast was a real treat as were the various areas to enjoy our food. The desk person was so very nice and helpful. I would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Great location! Short walk to the beach. Some mold in the shower. Ac worked great. Staff was friendly. They do charge for extra towels unfortunately but I think that is standard in Europe.

You can't go wrong here. Tucked back amongst the beautiful mountain terrain. Lots of birds and the smell of Lemon in the air ! What could be better !

Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful in all ways, with the checkin, luggage, what to do, where to do to eat. The breakfast was delicious and a huge buffet. Omelettes made to order. Great location right in the heart of Monterosso's old town. Would definitely go back there!

Excellent location, professional staff, clean room, great AC. Was perfect for our short stay while attending Festival San Giovanni.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful. The room was very small which can be normal in Europe but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows very flat.

Very charming hotel in Mantrosso. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and maintained daily. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas.

All ok..staff friendly .a bit pricey at 200 euros per night for 2 star hotel but it is what it is

There were not many amenities, but the hotel was a nice place, a bit hard to find. Our only issue is that they only give one room key and you need the room key to use the lights and ac. So when we left, our ac was not on and it was hot! They would not give us another room key to keep the ac on.
