Great location and good walkability to restaurants, art galleries, and live music. Very friendly staff and a nice little bar/eatery attached to the property. If I make it back to Todos Sandos, this would be the place I'd stay!

Great small hotel. Well located. Rooms where New or renovated. The room was kind of dark, no TV and Terrible wifi (around 14Mbs) not functional.

The room was spotless, simple and very comfortable. The bed (mattress) was soooo comfy! We had a beautiful view of the street from our room through a Juliet balcony. The hotel is boutique in style so it's smaller, much more intimate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did take advantage of heading over to their sister hotel on the beach and had a great afternoon's in having margaritas poolside ~ thanks Carlos!, and having a private cabana (free) to lounge around on all day. We ordered food out there and the rib eye tacos were delish!

The staff was super kind and our rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the pool Viva Mexico.

We were very happy with our stay. The room has a simple, modern feel with a calm, uncluttered atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everything is intentionally minimal, which suited our needs perfectly. The location is perfect with a great bar and proximity to other amazing restaurants as well.

Room was very clean. Staff attentive. Easy parking although for what they charge the rooms it should be pavimenten.

Hotel is good but way overpriced. Cleaning is not perfect, bed are not confortable, rooms are dark and swimming pool is freezing. It's rather a 3,5 than a 4 but location in the city, area around the swimming pool and all staff are very nice.

Esta en un lugar super comodo para caminar Todos Santos. La alberca esta congelada y dijeron que en su hotel hermano esta templada y fuimos a La Poza y estaba fria tambien. Los cuartos son pequeños.

Room was very clean and staff were super nice - especially Africa at the reception and the bar manager who made my stay special by being super kind with recommendations, coffee on the house, etc.

Loved the vibe and location. Only down was no hot water.

The good: clean, attractive, nice sitting areas, central location. The bad: internet only in common areas - not in the rooms, lukewarm showers.

Buen internet, cómoda la cama, excelente baño. Un poco ruidosa la habitación, estuvimos hacía la calle. Hace mucha falta que las habitaciones tengan un pequeño refrigerador porque hace bastante calor. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Cómodo estacionamientos y buen servicio de desayunos y comidas. Precios razonables. Muy agradable la piscina para refrescarse después de un caluroso día. Muy amable la señora de recepción, su nombre es África.
