clean gym

La habitación y el pasillo olían mal. Me quedé 5 noches y solo me limpiaron dos veces. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. La insonorización es muy mala y se oyen los ladridos de los perros por un lado y canciones indias por el otro. La puerta era muy difícil de cerrar y abrir.

O hotel tem uma localização excepcional. É possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé. No entorno tem uma grande variedade de restaurantes excelentes. A equipe é atenciosa. O café da manhã é bom, porém todos os dias são servidos os mesmos itens. Para uma viagem de mais dias, fica repetitivo, mas não chega a ser um problema.

Excelente localização, funcionários cordiais mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Hotel 100% recomendable, estuve hospedado durante una semana y fueron unos dias espectaculares, excelente ubicacion, el personal muy amable y servicial, habitaciones, pasillos, elevadores y lobby impecable. Ya estoy planificando volver... Disfruté al máximo cada dia. Gracias

Buena atención en el desayuno

Room was trash and I was charged on hotels.com and in person and took weeks to get refunded with absolutely no help from Dazzler staff. Temperature control in shower was broken and only scalding hot water would come out of the shower. Cool water would come out of the bath but not the shower, was really weird. Also there were no fitted sheets on the beds so the sheets kept sliding all over the place and I was basically sleeping on the bare mattress. I paid a reservation on hotels.com and was also charged in person for the same booking in person for what I thought was just a deposit. I contacted the hotel on all means possible after checkout and seeing that the 2nd charge was permanent and I received no response at all. I was able to get the hotels.com reservation refunded but the staff at Dazzler were totally unhelpful. Would not stay there again nor would I recommend this to anyone.

Las habitaciones no estan en buen estado. El.lavamanos estaba roto. El gym las maquinas no funcionan. El desayuno muy basico. Solo el.personal es amable

Hotel tem uma localização excelente em Punta Carretas, próximo a bons bares, restaurantes e cafés. O hotel de fato precisa de retrofit (renovação) pois já possui um aspecto cansado. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia melhorae, de fato é bem repetitivo, poderia ser mais variado pelo padrão da bandeira Dazzler que tem.

Boa tarde! Atendimento péssimo. Não efetuado limpeza diária da acomodação. Banheiro com entupimento( muita demora para atendimento) .

Hermoso hotel. Súper bien ubicado y los empleados muy atentos y simpáticos. No se pierdan el restaurante!

I have never reviewed any hotel....but had to share some pictures and thoughts on this one. From the outside, the property looks nice. From the inside, this is nowhere near a four star hotel. There were cracks in the tiles in the bathroom and the sink. There were obvious paint stains left on the mirror in the bathroom. There were no outlets near the bed to charge devices. Save your money and stay at the Ibis across the street. At most, this hotel should be a three star and I'd even question that.

Everything was perfect! We love the place

For the first night booking I mentioned the mattress had no cover/protector. For the second night I got a a different room. It didn’t have it either. Maybe, that’s standard. But it’s the first time I get a bare mattress. Another thing about the second night is that the bathroom smelled of urine.

I was surprised to see the mattress didn’t have a protector. It only had the flat sheet on it. Maybe that’s how the beds are made at this hotel.
