Mala administración solo diré eso te hacen pagar por culpa de error administrativo de ellos no te dan solución solo que pagues y ya

Check-in and check-out and room were fine, the beds very hard but serviceable. Nice pool area, but little access from 10am to 7am, not many sun beds. Two restaurants, ground floor used for breakfast, food OK apart from the soup/caldos, very poor really just hot water! Roof top bar provides great views of the city, food and service good, only open in evenings. On Sunday evening there was no restaurant open at all after 9, reception had no idea when asked, got to Mili's restaurant a few blocks away, great food. So the food and pool services are restricted. Parking free and easy to access.

The hotel is clean, the room, bed and bathroom were clean, the staff always kindly and the restaurant (breakfast and rooftop) amazing

Always a pleasure to stay at hotel casa blanca, safe conveniently located, great food and amenities, excellent customer service!! One of the top reasons I pick this one all the time. Beautiful rooftop bar and the menu is delicious!

En general buen hotel. Buenas instalaciones. No tuve agua caliente ningún día. Me dijeron por lo Nublado y depende de paneles solares??? No hicieron limpieza un día. Desayuno normal. No fabuloso Buen parqueadero gratis Dos torres de 4 pisos no tienen ascensor. Solo la edificación de 7 pisos con restaurante en el último piso

Great stay at downtown Cucuta

Riktigt rent och snyggt överallt. Det som drar ner allting är att det är väldigt väldigt lyhört och man hör trafiken utnför hela tiden och även folk som pratar i lobbyområdet, och då bodde jag på fjärde våningen. Frukosten kunde kanske ha varit lite roligare.Efter fyra dagar så kändes det samma sak. Gymmet bestod av en cykel, ett löpband och en crossmaskin. Lite fattigt kanske? Poolområdet var bra. Trevlig personal hela tiden. I området finns det väldigt mycket hemlösa, men tar mn taxi så är det bra. Nära till allt.

Solo a 10 minutos caminando llegas al CC Ventura ideal para realizar tus compras, allí encuentras todo lo que necesites farmacia, restaurant, muy importante telecajeros que reciben tarjetas extranjeras y lo que falta es que te sobren ganas de seguir disfrutando de la vida, te lo mereces! ❤️🙏

Cleanliness. Extremely friendly and professional. Every person we interacted with would go out of their way to see to our needs
