Staff molto gentile

Abbiamo trovato la stanza molto fredda, con i termosifoni che se alzata la temperatura producevamo forti rumori. Un giorno è anche capitato che si sono “dimenticati” di risistemare la stanza. Per il resto bella location e anche l’hotel abbastanza attrezzato. Molto apprezzato il cenone di capodanno.

Premetto che siano stati 2 gg in dicembre per cui non abbiamo potuto vivere il parco esterno con piscina, area giochi bimbi ed idormassaggio. La struttura è in una villa storica, per cui non è moderna ma la parte SPA/palestra è di recente ristrutturazione ed è accogliente e confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia della stanza buona ma migliorabile come anche altri piccoli dettagli che però fanno la differenza. Infine il ristorante: è elegante e propone piatti di qualità e con un menù diversificato durante l'anno. Inoltre è anche possibile (di sera) gustare una buona pizza. I prezzi tuttavia sono un po' sopra la media.

Struttura datata, soprattutto il bagno. Ho chiesto di sostituire il telefono della doccia perché spruzzava acqua solo ai lati ed era impossibile lavarsi, ma la seconda sera la situazione era identica. La camera non è spaziosa ma confortevole, la villa si trova in posizione strategica ed è circondata da un parco bellissimo.

non ero mai stato in questi luoghi ma ho trovato una struttura tipica accogliente e silenziosa. ritornerò volentieri.

Wrong time of the year but the location was amazing. The service from the reception was amazing as they took in conceded you as a individual who is new to hiking and they advise you what you could easily achieve. Will come back again in the future

Everything was amazing. Staff was very helpful and the free breakfast was great before a long day of hiking.

The photos of the hotel are misleading. The indoor pool is part of the spa, costs 25 euro per person for 2 and a half hours and you can only go with children in the morning. The rooms are old, smell and lack maintenance. My power socket did not work, instead I had a crucifix on my bedside table. In 2025 the only reason I find is that either demon or vampires live in the hotel and the crucifix is more needed that charging a phone.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso positivo ,con qualche piccola annotazione da fare ; abbiamo avuto problemi con la TV che non ha mai funzionato , il che non era un grosso problema , la gestione della soluzione non è stata delle migliori perché di fatto non considerava importante l' esigenza del cliente .Diciamo che le persone addette alla accoglienza potevano essere più preparate .Struttura con qualche elemento da rivedere negli arredi .Cordiale ed attento invece il personale addetto alla colazione.

Hotel is located in the most beautiful valley in Dolomites - surrounded by mountains from every direction. Outdoor space is amazing and offers great relax (pool, jacuzzi, sun beds). Our room didn’t look like on the picture, it could do with updating. Parking was very limited. Breakfasts average. But what was sad is that service was really bad - every request we had was met with „impossible”. Such a shame because that place could be absolutely stunning and good customer service doesn’t cost you money …

Staff was nice but this place needs some serious rinnovation….. place looked OLD and borderline unpleasant…..

Enjoyed my stay, great location. Around a 15 minute walk from downtown Agordo and the bus autostation bus depot. Views even better than expected, would stay here again-Thanks

Unterm Strich ein gelungener Urlaub. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Freundlicher und guter Service. Beim Frühstück alles vorhanden. Im Restaurant fand ich das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis nicht ganz angemessen. Außer Pizza gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, da die anderen Gerichte in einer Menüauswahl sind.
