Parking situation is a nightmare. Privately owned Indigo lot that you pay $22 for a spot that doesn’t even guarantee you a spot. They then refund you the money when the parking lot is full and you can’t get a spot. They then tell you to just park on the street or go pay for another spot in an other lot. Why wouldn’t you own your own parking lot? Or assign spots as people pay for them.

The room was great but the lack of parking is a real negative.

The wifi was extremely slow ranging from 1 to 8 mbps. I would have expected this to be better as it was impossible to use. The parking situation was also frustrating. I initially parked in the designated area, however upon returning to the hotel on Saturday evening, that parking area was full. It was not possible to park in the nearby area on the street as it was a snow route. The Nesspresso machine in the room also did not work correctly.

Not enough secured parking for guests. Offered paid parking that is not secured and my car window was smashed and my belongings stolen.

Stayed during a family crisis at HSC. Was able to easily & quickly Uber to & from hospital. Room comfortable & quiet.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and tidy. Only recommendation i have is get a bigger parking lot as the one they have now only fits about 20 cars and at $22 parking fee per night i want a confirmed parking spot, not park on tje streer somewhere. Shower head needs more pressure. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Room was clean and nice. Parking was an absolute nightmare. We paid for parking but then came to see the lot was full, and when we asked the staff where to park they basically told us to just figure it out. Ended up having to park 4 blocks down from the hotel. Nice and clean hotel but they charge extra for everything including 40$ for a 12 checkout instead of 11.
