No parking space. Really difficult to park.

Tycket mycket om boendet, lägenheten har allt man behöver. Trevligt med närhet/gångavstånd till både Anfi o Arguineguin. Enda nackdelen var mycket liv från skrikande/lekande barn i trädgården varje kväll till vid 23-tiden! Störande när man vill sitta o njuta på balkongen!

Staff An older, white woman from the hotel discriminated against me. She was stubborn and not at all helpful, simply because I am disabled. She tried to cheat me by claiming I had to pay extra for breakfast! I am not very happy. I had already paid the full price, including breakfast, but she tried to deny me breakfast. Without any proof, she deleted the data from the computer system and tried to deceive me by claiming I had to pay extra for breakfast! However, I refused to pay extra for breakfast at the hotel; I always eat breakfast while shopping. I feel cheated and victim! I looked at the photos, which did not match the documents, and asked her to show me my price list. However, she refused to show me the prices in the documents and covered them up. She also refused to give me my printed documents, so I took a photo with the prices obscured! The breakfast buffet cost 19 euros per day – I lost my money for two weeks' worth of breakfast!

Fantastisk sjøutsikt, og perfekt beliggenhet. Andre gangen vi var her, kommer snart tilbake.

Fantastisk vacker utsikt. Hjälpsamma och trevliga personal på boendet. Det negativa var städningen, inte bra städning överhuvudtaget. Väldigt dåligt med ljudisolering på rumme, man kunde höra bokstavligen allt som hände utanför.

Toppen hotell ! Trevlig personal

- housekeeping wasn’t everyday and towels aren’t changed everyday which makes it hard to travel with small kids. - housekeeping was bad, biscuit and crisp crumbs on the floor in the bedroom were never removed the whole stay and toilet smelled off piss the whole stay. - outdated room and hotel overall, badly need renovation - washing machine and dryer was handy especially for long stays - barman was lovely

No working English television channels! Nice Superior modern apartment. Limited bar times

La habitación súper limpia, el personal muy agradable la comida excelente, las vistas espectaculares. Un 10 con respecto a la calidad y el precio,

Beautiful sea view, nice rooms with air conditioner and very helpful staff. The location is good, with the Patalavaca beach just outside the hotel, and only 5 minutes to walk to Arguineguin. Only minus for us as a family was that the pool didn’t open before 11am. Also, the sun did not reach the sunbeds and pool area before 11 , so the pool was very cold (in May).

Stay away if you can, bed sheets had stains and headboard of bed had blood stains. Shower was full of small flys. We were only staying here for one night so didn’t make much difference but I definitely wouldn’t be back.

Fine rom med flott utsikt

Trivdes veldig godt. Kjempefine store rom, gode senger, lite støy, rent, god mat, flott basseng, nydelig utsikt og god service.

Hyggelig personale med humor, alle på hotellet er imøtekommende og behjelpelige. Gode tips til utflukter. Kort vei til både butikk, restauranter, offentlig transport. (2min gange). Kort vei til Strand, hygienisk ift. sand. Rolig, trygt strøk. Strandområdet kjennes nesten forelagt turister, og avgrenset tilgang. Butikk på selve hotellet. Hotelansatte er romslige i møte med deg.

Vi var fornøyd med mottagelsen, rom og godt fornøyd med litt utsatt utsjekk siste dag.
