Convenient and easy walk to bus and train stations

This hotel is top class. Its location is perfect, the cleaning standard are excellent, the staff are efficient and courteous, I have had numerous stays here and fully intend to do so in the future too.

Just an ideal experience. Everything - starting from the super cozy room with cloud-like beds and a modern bathroom and bidet, to a relaxing great variety breakfast and a fantastic spa and gym facilities. Staff were great and helpful. You have the main street when you walk out the hotel with all the shops available, a beach within 15 minutes of walk close by called ‘Bulgarian dunes’ (really fantastic and free access) as well as a bus station like 8 minutes walk from where you can get to any city including Turkey and Europe for like 5 euros. Will definitely come back for best service in Bulgaria as well as best views Burgas city, THANK YOU🙏😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr schoenes Spa und pool

The hotel itself is great. Large rooms, very clean. Food and wine in restaurant was faultless, and the server lovely. Very reasonably priced (and there’s a 20% discount for guests). Reception staff not great, especially at check in when staff member was insisting on a PIN number for a card that doesn’t have one. She would not accept that it could be inserted and verified with a signature (which the manager confirmed upon checkout). Very unsmiling, unfriendly reception staff. Maybe it was a language problem because I live in Bulgaria and love the people. Or maybe they are trained to be overly formal. Great location though. Bad news: bar shuts at 10/10.30! Also bad: cleaner came into my room both mornings when I was in bed, despite my Do Not Disturb light being on. Scary!

Det var rent og fint hotell, og det var kjempegod service, men det var vanskelig å bli forstått. Det som trekker ned er frokosten. Det var svært dårlig utvalg. For en som ikke tåler gluten var det ikke alternativ på brødmat.

Situé en plein centre de Burgas - super hôtel avec spa, piscine, clim, room service etc ... Un service 5 étoiles à petit prix! Je recommande

Kahvaltı güzel, otopark doluydu. Dışarıya park edebilirsiniz denildi. Haftasonu park edilebilir alana park ettiğimiz halde aracımız çekildi. On araçlık park yolunda sadece bizim araç yabancı plakaydı. Sadece bizim araç çekildi. Park edilmiş araçların arasında olmamıza rağmen sadece bizim aracı çektiler.
