Very good, room is spacious, kitchen is good and can cook to save money - restaurants in city center are pricey

We loved how spacious the rooms were. Perfect for our week long stay. The location is also wonderful and within walking distance to everything in Reykjavik as well as 1 minute from the nearest bus stop terminal. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned daily and provided everything we needed.

we really enjoyed our two room suite with its mini kitchen. everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable with blackout curtains die to the 24 hour daylight and the staff were excellent as well...very helpful if needed. great hotel & great location...we will be back to stay here on our next visit

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent. So handy to walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. We will stay here again on our next trip to Reykjavik.

Perfect location, walkable to everything in Reykjavik, including car rental companies. Parking was easier than expected and staff was very helpful.

Fabulous location and a great hotel we had the biggest room and it worked perfect for our family if 3. Would reserve again in a heartbeat .

Stayed here with two young kids and the room was a good size! Amenities were great. Staff were friendly and the location was perfect. The kitchen had a pan and a large pot (but no cover unfortunately).

The staff were wonderful! Alena was a Hugh help with understanding the City, the tours the restaurants. The room was wonderful and Iceland fantastic!

We rented 3 rooms for a wedding and we could not be happier with our decision! The hotel was absolutely perfect for our group and location is simply unbeatable! The staff is also very friendly and always ready to help

This was a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated in Nordic style and colours. We lucked out with a huge room with two separate sleeping areas as well as a sofa bed. It was kept warm which we appreciated given the early May weather, but with balconies both sides so that we could have fresh air if we needed it. Really handy for the main shopping streets and restaurants, but in a quiet square with a restful church clock chiming the hours and quarters. Easy to find from the airport bus stop 1 at the Radhus. The reception staff went above and beyond to sort out our bus back to the airport on our last day. Toiletries were great - not just the usual shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, but make up remover too. If we come back to Iceland, would definitely stay here again.

Very central hotel in Reykjavik. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. My go to hotel when in Reykjavik.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable My two letdowns about the hotel and why I didn’t give five stars as we were never informed that the parking in front of their hotel was considered a public parking and that you had to pay did not realize this I was getting a second parking ticket on our second day there And the breakfast buffet was out a lot of items by 0845, which was disappointing
