The room was lovely and clean, the hosts were very welcoming at short notice. The breakfast was fantastic and is good value for money.

The owners were lovely, great breakfast , situated well for theatre , beach etc, rooms ok for the price paid , bit small and noisy plumbing.

Stayed for one night on the way home with the family. Lovely place, very clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk from the Downs. Beds were very comfortable and the shower room was spotless.

A lovely clean and friendly place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, ample amenities for us. Lin, who runs this business is incredibly warm and attentive. She offered additional fresh chilled milk or water from the fridge conveniently located in the pretty dining room and asked if we wanted breakfast or some lunch. This hotel is so well placed for short walk to St Marychurch attractions or Babbacombe Theatre and restaurants. Also close to sea and famous Oddicombe Beach with cliff railway. We will be back!!

Location for us was excellent. Very comfy bed, space for our dog too with close access to community rose garden. Lovely places to eat drink- favourites were, Chubbs wine bar and Clementines.

Fantastic hospitality and a really good breakfast. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Family of 4 with 2 kids
