The reason I chose you was because the bathroom looked lovely, but only hotel.com showed pictures of the bathroom. What a shame.

Nice room, ample space and the cleanness is impressive. Very quiet at night and I enjoyed the stay

O studio que nos entregaram na primeira noite era simplesmente inabitável. A equipe entretanto percebeu nossas razões e foram razoáveis, nos dando um apartamento comum. Tudo em boa ordem, exceto pelo café da manhã que é muito fraco.

No geral foi muito bom. O café da manhã foi básico, podia ser melhor. O quarto foi confortável, cama boa. A equipe de funcionários foi atenciosa. Resumindo, como custo - benefício foi bom, gostamos, mas o café da manhã pode melhorar muito!

Extraordinario lugar, el único detalle es que el restaurante no da servicio al medio día, sino solo en la noche.

El hotel está bien, pero el internet en los departamentos que tiene es NULO, no llega la señal, tenía que ir al restaurante del hotel para poder tener acceso al Wifi.

good. breakfast is expensive

I walked there from the bus station at night. Just followed my Google maps directions and got there just fine, but took 15 minutes. Staff was incredible, place was super cute and clean and even had a welcome drink. They arranged a glacier tour for me for the following morning, and that went great. The breakfast was a big spread with lots of buffet options and the views were great. Amazing place for the price. Highly recommended.

Good value and friendly staff. Noise from neighboring rooms carries through the walls, but otherwise, I had no issues.

Kitchen was gully equiped. Great comfortable sitting areas! Everything super clean. Staff extremely accomadating with tours and helpful with guiding us to the city center.

Die Apartements haben eine wunderbare Größe. Leider war es nicht so sauber. Hinter dem Waschbecken etwas schmutzig und auch auf den Decken Haare . Das Frühstück hatte zwar eine gute Auswahl, aber die Qualität nicht so besonders. ( trockenes Toast, billige Cornflakes, billiger Kuchen) Das Personal( Gabriel ) war super nett. Vielen Dank.

A bit of a mixed bag. The positives are it's a very quiet location, the staff are friendly and helpful,I had a couple of technical issues with the room and the engineer came to fix them within minutes, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also booked the apartment which was very spacious and with a good kitchenette. The negatives are their photo showed a sofa but I didn't have one, just a stored away bed. This meant I only had chairs to rest on, or lay on the bed. It's a ground floor appt but instead of a net curtain there is just a roller blind so you either have semi darkness and privacy, or daylight and no privacy while the water in the shower kept changing temperature on its own. The WiFi was also weak. The property is in a new area being built and It's about a 15 min walk into town. That said it did have it's own bar and restaurant and you receive a free drinks voucher when checking in Overall it was ok, but I wouldn't go back

Restaurant and breakfast very nice and room quite comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Common areas a nice surprise.

The property is not very close to the center of town but it’s not a problem. It’s very easy to request a taxi or remis, around 5000 ARS. The facility and room were very nice and clean, and staff very polite. We felt very comfortable! The only downside was the breakfast, very basic. Only one option of bread! It was dry and falling into pieces, as well as the cookies / “galletas”. Fruit salad made with canned fruit, not 100% fresh. No juice or yogurt available! Very poor! Besides the breakfast, we recommend it very much. You also have the option of buying your food and eat it im your room. It has all the appliances you need.
