Melhor hotel da viagem. Café-da-manhã fenomenal. Guarda-chuvas disponíveis de graça na recepção. Decoração histórica e pitoresca. Muito limpo e ordenado com um grande banheiro, cofre, minibar etc e uma ótima vista para fora para a frente do hotel que foi feito ainda mais grande pela neve que tinha caído no dia anterior. O café da manhã foi ótimo com uma grande seleção de alimentos de carnes frias e queijos para ovos quentes e salsichas, havia frutas frescas e iogurtes, também pães e grande abundância de alimentos. Restaurante do hotel também bem farto para se alimentar à noite.

Ideal quiet location, room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Used the restaurant most night, food and service great. Buffet style breakfast was great.

Absolutely amazed with a fully functional sauna/shower in our room. Room was clean and tidy, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Little disappointed with breakfast as I would have preferred a full English breakfast but the continental breakfast had plenty of options

Dejligt sted

Kleines schönes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr gut, mit kleinen selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es weiterempfehlen an alle die sich Krakau anschauen möchten.

Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes.

Hotel con un discreto fascino retrò, non certo da 5 stelle. Pulizia, silenzio, qualità del sonno ok. Mancanza di servizi essenziali ( non c'è una hall che permetta di stare seduti, non una saletta TV o per giocare a carte). Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile, personale della sala ristorante poco educata. Colazione discreta.Abbastanza decentrato, necessita di auto x spostamenti. Cmnq una buona soluzione per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Only 1 big problem. Shower head tilted when pressure increased and wet the whole floor. Big mess.

Historic building and cozy hotel but to far from downtown (45min). Excellent breakfast.

Das Hotel bietet einen sehr freundlichen Service, die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Das Haus hat im Keller ein Casino, was uns aber erst gar nicht aufgefallen ist. Das Frühstück ist perfekt, das Restaurant bietet eine typische Auswahl örtlicher Kulinarik. Meine absolute Empfehlung
