I’ve stayed at this facility several times. The property is well maintained. However their billing system needs upgrading. I’ve been consistently charged duplicate times only to have charges reversed. It occupies my time unnecessarily.

Nice rooms good location beside metro Restaurant/bar lounge not on a4 star level needs upgrade renovations but food /wine quality excellent plus good prices

Very nice hotel with rooms and dining room. But the carpet in the room, kind of smells. The hotel should remove the carpets 😁

Room was ok. But could be cleaner. The use is they advertise charging station for electric car. They have only one and it do not work. It’s a big issue for someone who travels 7h drives for work.

The gym is not insane but it has 50 lbs dumbells so you can do a workout to maintain muscle at least.

Hotel was clean. Restaurant was good. TV did not work. They came and had a look didn’t do much and said couldn’t help. So no tv to watch play off hockey. The internet box they switched buttons didn’t work. Tried to call downstairs three times and no one picked up even after ringing for 15 minutes. Next morning no hot water to shower. Had to wash with hand cloth with cold water from the sink. Told counter person in the morning when checking out and told me they were going to get the manager to call me back and never did. Very bad for business. I spend half my time on the road in hotels and this is about the worst I ever had. Too bad because it’s a nice hotel. Bad customer service.
