No WIFI, no breakfast, broken shower, located in a field with dogs barking all night and roosters crow from 5am.

Die Dame die für das Frühstück verantwortlich war war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen die Umgebung selbst sehr laut sehr schmutzig und das Zimmer sehr klein leider wurden auch keine Handtücher getauscht

Positiv das tolle Frühstück,das Ambiente war sehr gut und auch die Lage.Aber es ist laut.Italien halt

Was ich gut fand: - Preis war relativ fair - Gastgeber ist bei Frühstück auf Wünsche eingegangen (hatten nämlich erstmal nichts veganes da) - Zimmer schön und groß,weiches Bett - Gute Lage (auch wenn es leichte Ghettovibes hat) - Dachterrasse (allerdings war die meist angeschlagen ☹️) - Der Gastgeber hat mir sein Ladekabel geliehen. Was ich nicht gut fand: - Check In. Ich hatte noch nie einen so schlecht organisierten Check In gehabt. Ich habe im Vorfeld keine Informationen darüber erhalten, wie dieser abläuft und als ich geklingelt habe,hat der Mitarbeiter sehr unklar und unfreundlich reagiert und offenbar nicht gecheckt,dass da ein Gast ist,der gerade einfach nur einchecken möchte. Man hatte das Gefühl gehabt,dass der das zum ersten Mal macht und ich musste auch mehrmals klingeln,bis jemand reagiert hat. Dann kam ich in das Gebäude rein und da war keine Rezeption bzw. die Tür zur Rezeption war zu (warum auch immer). Dann hat mir der Mitarbeiter bzw..der Sohn vom Gastgeber mir erklärt wie ich reinkomme usw. und so fort. Dann kam ich rein und bin zu meinem Zimmer gegangen. Die anderen 2 Zimmer waren offen,da war einfach die Tür auf.... Da war nur einer von 2 Schlüsseln (ich kam btw. um 15 Uhr an,Check Out ist um 10 Uhr immer bei denem) da und ich hatte nachgefragt was damit ist. Mir wurde zuerst nur gesagt,dass der Vater/bzw.

Foram atenciosos na receção, rápidos a responder a dúvidas pelo whatsapp. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. A 10 minutos a pé da catedral. Estacionamento perto e sem parquímetro. Funciona num terceiro andar sem elevador.

Surpris de l'hébergement, uniquement 2 chambres, hôtes pas très à l'écoute et personnel entre dans la chambre alors que nous nous reposions dans la chambre! Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hébergement et environnement pas très sûr!

Posto che andrebbe chiuso, pulizia assente personale praticamente assente, cade a pezzi, l’odore che esce dagli scarichi nauseante. Se hai un problema il tipo (che contatti solo telefonicamente) ti dice arrangiati

When we arrived, they did not open the door. Did not answer my calls. Had to find another place to stay. As regards to parking, there is none. Is located in a busy area. Avoid at all costs!

Stanza fatiscente . La porta di ingresso e quella del bagno larghe poco piu che due cellulari in orizzontale. Materasso a molle pessimo con i punti da materassaio fermati col metallo. Telecomando tv non funzionante. Bagno con box doccia rotto privo di una parete, aspiratore non funzionante piastrellatura con buchi rimediati con tessuto. Mobiletto bagno lercio dentro e non ripulito nonostante le mie lamentele. What else?

I do not know what to say. You should not let them work with you. It’s a joke. 3 rooms? It’s not an hotel by any standards. We used to be hotel owners. It was just horrible. And they do not speak a word of English. How can they even think about work with tourists. We had to pay 45 Euros to get to a shilled room. No heating. No toilet did not work. No service at all.

Una volta giunti alla struttura, ci hanno informato di un problema nella nostra stanza e ci hanno proposto un'altra sistemazione presso un diverso edificio. Questo secondo alloggio si trovava al piano terra, ma purtroppo presentava un forte odore sgradevole e scarsa ventilazione. Dopo aver espresso alcune lamentele, ci hanno offerto un'altra alternativa al primo piano, che, seppur leggermente migliore, continuava a soffrire di problemi di odore e aveva anche il lavandino del bagno otturato. Leggendo le recensioni di altri ospiti, abbiamo notato che questa pratica di cambiare sistemazione è un evento frequente in questa struttura.
