Pool is one of the best on the island. Rooms were basic but clean. Staff is responsive and friendly. Only complaint is the distance from most of the bars / restaraunts/ shops and swimming areas.

I really loved this hotel. The price was great , the location is great , the pool is amazing, with a swim up bar . All the staff are super friendly. They have their own scuba center so organizing a trip is very easy. I didn’t realize they had a dorm style room as well so if you like to share you can save even more money

Loved this property. Nice pool. Restaurant and very quiet. Did not mind the walk as its at the far end of the island. Lovely people. Will stay here again beachfront or pool view is a must!

Was good for the price

The pool was nice! For the price the place was just what we needed. Nice enough, hot showers, good bed. It’s not super clean or fancy but good enough

The staff was amazing… the hotel is right off the beach. My husband and I stay for the Easter weekend the island was packed but you wouldn’t even know that once you get to the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean we had a great stay.

Room had ants. Went to talk to staff was not helpful. Kids loved the pool but nothing else. Would not stay at this property ever again!

The best part of our stay at Tropical Paradise was our interaction with Henry, who works bookings at Star Tours. Although we did not actually book a tour during our stay {we were there to just relax and chill for a week}, Henry did find a restaurant that served Conch Cevice which was on my food bucket list. He was cordial and greeted us numerous times during our stay and asked if there was anything else we might need. As for our accommodations, they were adequate and I would say fairly priced. Fresh towels were provided daily and what was lacking amenity-wise was made up by the friendly staff. All in all, Tropical Paradise provided a safe, convenient place to call home for the week. P. S. Oh, but that stinky sargassum!

Basic room. Only a bedsheet. Shower was warm for 2 minutes then cold water.

Decent place to stay .

The hotel was a great value with the property right on the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We couldn’t really see the ocean from our rooms, but we were close. The “beach” was really the boat docks. The hotel paired with Star Tours for all snorkeling adventures which is nice.

Room was clean, housekeeping everyday. Facilities were well maintained.

Basic but very clean room, property very well maintained!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room had a refrigerator and a small coffee maker but coffee was only provided for the first day. Drinking water was available from a bottle near the room. The room was spartan but clean and the A/C worked well. The location was convenient and walkable to everything. The rooms are not handicapped friendly. The nearby beach is not swimable but the pool is nice. We stayed a week and would return.
