Otelin planı çok hoşumuza gitti. Her yerin birbirine yakın olması, çocuklu aileler için bulunmaz nimet. Havuzlar, deniz, restaurant ve odanız birbirine çok yakın. Hepsi 2 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde. Tüm alanı çok iyi değerlendirip çok kompakt bir otel tasarımı uygulanmış. Yemekler lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Fakat erken giderseniz yemek sırası beklersiniz. Sona doğru giderseniz de bir şey kalmıyor. Bazı Yemekler çok kısıtlı çıkıyor ilk gelen kapıyor sanırım.(Balık, Tavuk vb.) Biz balık yiyenleri gördük fakat almak istediğimizde bulamadık. Denizi öğleden sonra dalgalanıyor malesef. Havuz ve aquaparkı ise yeterli. Özellikle çocukların aquaparkı gayet iyi. Sıkılmadan gün boyu oynadılar. Sonuç olarak; 4 gün 3 gece konakladığımız otelden memnun ayrıldık. Benim için bu otel fiyat/performans olarak beklentimi karşıladı. Bu fiyata kendi plajı olan böyle kapsamlı bir otel bence gayet yeterli ve uygun. Tekrar tercih eder misin diye sorsalar, tercihlerim arasında yer alır kesinlikle.

This was our first experience,the resort is absolutely the best for the kids. Don't need to do much,just relax and eat.

Clean room, helpful front desk employees. Overall not in the grade of 5 stars hosting. Dining area is survivor tv show. Overcrowded. They use very old and not suitable cookingware. There is no first aid kit at front stations they only have first aid office (including staff) inside the facilities. Overall my stay did not meet my expectations.

God service. Sød personale. Maden var virkelig dårlig, det samme mad hver dag. Børneområdet var virkelig dårligt. Helt gammelt og ubrugelig.

Bir olay hatırımda kaldı :yüzme koltuklarımı kayb etmişdim, nerede unutduğumu hatırlamıyordum. Tesadüfen buldum, nazikce kayb etdiyim yerde Sizin çalışanlar dekor çiçeğin dibine burakmışlar. 😊. Bulunca çok etkilendim, yani zahmetsiz buldum, resepsiyona kadar bile gitmeden bulduğuma çok sevinmişdim. This is my favorite all inclusive in the area. I’ve been to several over the years, including this one 4 years ago. There are plenty of seats and the beach, kids pool or main pool. The buffet food is excellent, lots of salad, veggie dishes and meat dishes. We were there on a Friday night (not sure if they have this every night) but they had fresh sushi and an Asian kitchen with fried rice, a noodle dish and tempura chicken. All were excellent. My picky eater kids enjoyed these dishes. They also have typical kids food like onion rings, fries, potato wedges and spaghetti. Several soups. I really loved the buffet. During the day at the pool, servers walk around with varied items. My daughter was at the right place and right time for donut holes. My husband and myself were offered chocked wrap sandwiches, some of my kids encountered a server with a cooler of ice cream bars. The are have a chips stations with different sauces right near the pool. The beach was a large wooded pier with a bar, many chairs and a platform to jump off of. The food makes or breaks the hotel for me and this one gets 5 stars from me. Also I love that it’s on the beach, not all of the all inclusives here are on the beach but this one is. I’d also like to add the most of the staff I encountered spoke English with no issues and everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel receptionist Ferdi, was very helpful and check in and check out. Thanks again!

Es war gut vor allem personal war sehr nett

Ich hatte dieses Hotel im Voraus bezahlt, konnte jedoch aufgrund stornierter Flüge nicht anreisen. Leider war es für mich nicht möglich, einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, um die Situation zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Da ich nie im Hotel eingecheckt habe, kann ich die Unterkunft selbst nicht bewerten. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit und die fehlende Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen.

Excellent tout est parfait

I travelled to Orange County with my family last week, and unfortunately it was the worst travel experience we have had in all our years of travelling. While the family room itself was acceptable, several other services that were far below an acceptable standard. My son has a severe allergy to cats and must carry an EpiPen. On our very first evening in the dining area, we were shocked to see numerous cats inside the restaurant — under tables, on chairs, and freely roaming around as if they belonged there. No effort was made by staff to remove them. That evening, my son suffered an allergic reaction and had to take antihistamines. I raised this issue with reception and guest services (Sherry), who advised there was little they could do about the cats, but offered to let us eat outside the restaurant instead. The food was repetitive and lacked flavour. The same options were served daily for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, with only minimal variation during lunch and evenings. I have coeliac disease and am vegetarian. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested a hot meal suitable for my dietary requirements. For the duration my option were salad with chips or wedges for both lunch and dinner. This hotel claims to be 5-star, but it is clearly outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. Based on our experience, the service provided would not even meet a 2-star standard, the food quality barely deserves 1 star, and with cats roaming freely around food areas, the hygien

Oda, yemekler iyi. İçecek için kuyruğa girmek gerekiyor. Kahve berbat. Servis yok herşeyin peşinden koşup kuyruk bekleniyor. Rahat huzur bulamadık

Das Hotel ist schön, entspricht aber nicht einem 5 Sterne Rating. Speisen waren gut, aber nach einer Woche langweilig. Die Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen ist zu hoch, eine Dusche wäre hier optimal. Die Umgebung rund ums Hotel bietet wenig und schlecht erschlossen mit ÖV. Die Abendprogramme sind gut aber die Musik viel zu laut.

Simple mais efficace ! C’est pas WoW mais c’est tellement pratique, reposant ! Tout est accessible, je recommande fortement pour les familles
