Room comfortable and clean, staff friendly, but not impressed with restaurant, menu confusing and there should be a printed version in English at any hotel next to an international airport. Ordering food was over complicated and over priced.

L’hôtel est tres pratique car très proche de l’aéroport Le service de transfert aéroport hôtel est également très pratique Le personnel est souriant et agréable Néanmoins l’hôtel aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement

Great place, courteous staff,highly recommend

Very nice and great hotel. It is very close to the Airport in Bogota with shuttles every 30 mins. Very convenient if you are traveling in ir out of Bogota. Very clean, food ( room revise) is great in addition they have a restaurant and bar in the first floor. Customer service is excellent.

It was alright and the sauna are closed I’m disappointments

We did not have the oportunity to have breakfast. Room was clean, Dinner was excelent

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. One disappointment was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. This should be provided as standard - especially in a hotel where many guests are likely to be travelers coming off long-haul flights.

Excellent Hotel

I was expecting a courtesy water bottle (25 c) . No water kettle either, to make tea. Got 3 small conditioner mini bottles, no shampoo. Poor water flow in shower and sink. Comfortable bed, though.

They had construction going on in the adjacent room from early morning ..it was uncomfortable And i packed my bags early to get out of room. I asked for a discount on the room and they said to complain to expedia for compensation.

Its a safe location close to the airport
