Overall the hotel was good. The bathroom fan was very noisy when on. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. For the price it was good. Breakfast was very repetitive. Overall. Front staff was great and very helpful with tours.

The hotel would benefit from some maintenance & further updating. The fitness room & turkish bath were excellent. The front desk staff were exceptional.

Das Zimmer an sich war sauber und der Zimmerservice (wenn man ihn bestellt) super. Allerdings ließ sich unsere Balkontüre nicht öffnen, konnte man nicht schieben ohne sich die Finger zu brechen. Der Duschkopf hing auch ganz schön schief. Für den Safe im Zimmer muss man sich einen Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen, um ihn benutzen zu können. Das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee super.

Accessibility room washroom poorly designed, folding shower seat takes up 1/3 of space when folded making you stand against the curtain to shower. Did not use the breakfast.

Overall very mediocre, but worth the price we paid. Two single beds pushed together is not a queen/ king. They keep spreading apart. Breakfast buffet not good and expensive. Bag storage available if your flight gets in before check in or leaves after check out. Amenities and towels available so you can shower and change. Helpful.

Staff were wonderful and always very accommodating. Parking was always available and easy to find. The property had two pools, a sauna, and Turkish bath. The sauna was out of order during our whole stay but staff were always willing to turn on the Turkish bath for us. The property was very clean and food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was included and always hot and delicious.

Beautiful friendly people. Rooms are clean., although older. the pool/sauna should stay open until 10 or 11 because by the time we would get back to our room after spending the day exploring the beautiful island it was closed. Very disappointed we only used the pool once in 7 days. Need a bit more variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pillows that they keep using over & over again for different guests should be replaced or laundered for health reasons.

Wir finden das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und der SPA Bereich ist auf der Webseite ect. deutlich schöner dargestellt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Schwimmbecken und 2 Sauna, eine davon ausser Betrieb. Es hat wirklich nicht eingeladen dort zu verweilen. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht und wir können die Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. *Kein verdientes 4-Sternhotel!!!* Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und bot viele Sachen.

It was a buffet breakfast with lots to choose from, eggs bacon, sausage, cheeses, and lots of pastries and bread. Great coffee and very friendly staff.

La struttura è situata a Capelas, cittadina puccola in posizione centrale dell'isola di São Miguel. A 10 minuti dall'aeroporto in auto. Baricentrica per visitare ogni angolo dell'isola in al massimo 1.30h. Supermercato a prezzi convenienti comodo ma raggiungibile in auto. Pompa di rifornimento 24/7 molto vicina e utile per rifornire l'auto prima drlla consegna al car rental. Colazione buona.

Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno: hotel moderno a Capelas, non lontano da Ponta Delgada, dotato di grande e comodo parcheggio (anche all’esterno della struttura), di piscina coperta riscaldata e spa inclusa nel prezzo della camera. La mia camera era ampia, comoda e pulita, con acqua minerale, tè e caffè rimpiazzati ogni giorno (molti pari stelle non lo fanno). Gentili ed efficienti i ragazzi alla reception. Unici nei il mancato riempimento dei vassoi per la colazione (bastava arrivare dopo le 9 per non trovare più alcune pietanze) e l’odore sgradevole del detergente nelle scale interne, ma sono dettagli.
