Happy with the stay.

Très propre. Le lit est confortable. Bon petit déjeuner continental et chaud (qui varie légèrement chaque jour). Quelques articles sans gluten sont disponibles au besoin, ainsi qu’un grille-pain dédié. Distributeur d’eau pour remplissage de bouteilles.

The room was noisy, as we could hear the television from the room next door. There were double doors between our rooms and they weren't very soundproof. The breakfast left a lot to be desired... should have just got breakfast from Tim's. The elevator was quite dirty, and the linens around the bottom of both beds in our room were muddy/dirty.

Breakfast was ok, check in was efficient. Room needs some TLC. Stained curtains with holes in them. Stains on box spring cover and on a lamp shade. I expected better for the price being charged. Looks like a hotel where a lot of oil field etc workers stay and it reflects that in the room we were in.

For the most part the staff at check-in out was great the issue with the hot tub not opening till 9 in the morning is rather disappointing as a frequent guest in the past I enjoyed being able to go early and there and then have my breakfast after speaking of which has really deteriorated there were no forks no eggs no cups for the juice I had to keep asking for things and the quality of the food is diminished, I had requested a pet free environment as to the severity of my allergies upon arrival I needed to fill out a form for a pet and they charged me $47 too much which they then had to reimburse and I had requested no pets the fact that they even allow the pets to use the elevator is somewhat of a contamination for people with severe allergies this did affect me as a person that suffers from anxiety and I am unable to have a pet to soothe my soul I think people should take into consideration that allergies are also a type of sickness and to be more considerate to the people that have them

Service was fast, friendly, rooms were clean, food was good.

Not enough parking and place was dingy.

We were greeted as right away, the room was clean and had nice Welcome Home pillow cases on the bed. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff member up front was not friendly, I had asked about a late check in and she was very rude and not friendly about her response. I feel that customer service is lacking and it would have made the stay more enjoyable if I at least had a smile or warm re

Room was clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was always ready, fresh and well stocked as well. Pool area was fun and not crowded. Overall quite happy with our stay.

Property itself was clean and newer. desk staff initially stated the room was not ready at check in, but when i questioned how long it would be, then it was suddenly ready? Seemed unorganized. Also desk staff were unaware of the easter egg hunt the hotel put on and could not help my daughter with the egg locations much to her disappointment.

Breakfast was good

The property was so clean and quiet, we were on the first floor. It was safe and warm.

Hotel is a decent stay. We switched as it was $80 cheaper than other hotels in the area, but looked like it had an ok rating. It has a pretty standard breakfast, but there always seemed to be plenty to go around. Fantastic waterslide (for hotel standards). Hottub could have been a few degrees warmer, but it was coming off maintenance, so maybe they’re just figuring that out again. While prepping for dance at 7am, our toilet clogged. Front desk were kind enough to tell me that “someone will be right up…. After 8am when housekeeping are in”. He suggested we take the elevator to the lobby to use the public washroom until it was fixed -which never actually got addressed before we checked out at noon. This was the only really bad experience here and likely a staffing issue rather than hotel (I’d hope). Otherwise it was a good hotel. We’ll be back.

If you are planning on using the amenities be sure to call and check they are operating, we showed up looking forward to using the hot tub during our stay only to find out it had been broken for around a month. the general condition of the hotel also just felt rundown, paint chipping, casings around buttons broken, loose door handles etc. We had stayed here before and really enjoyed it and the staff are great but the general lack of upkeep definitely turned us off and will choose to stay somewhere else next time.
